Wonderful haven on our journey along the nearly restored Montgomery Canal (worth a visit). Very friendly staff, dog friendly and great food. Can get busy at the usual times so best to book.

First time here for me and my partner, we were recommended by the lady who owns the campsite that we stayed at. The staff are lovely, so welcoming, so friendly. They allow dogs which I absolutely love..The food was amazing and especially for a vegetarian! I can’t wait to come back! Would definitely recommend.

The Navigation Inn was so accomodating, with plenty of Vegan options - many more than we have encountered in numerous places before, and all very different to your usual offerings. I had the risotto and crumble of the day and they were delicious! Such a homely feel, friendly owner, dog friendly too, and a little book exchange which made my day. We will definitely be returning and we are kicking ourselves for not discovering it sooner. Was right up our alley!

A real gem of a pub! We had a lovely Saturday afternoon and evening there while on holiday recently, and it was a real highlight of the trip! We had our 2 dogs with us who were also made very welcome - especially our nervous rescue dog who the landlords were so good with, made us feel really comfortable having him there when he’s not always easy to take out.The food was great, and the pub itself is a real beauty.Big thank you to the landlords, we’ll definitely be back to see you again!

Best gluten and dairy free menu I have seen for a long time. And willing to adapt the menu when necessary or to help choice. Definitely somewhere I would go again

A fantastic venue, food and beer excellent. The Navigation Inn caters for allergies, intolerances, vegetarians and vegan very well. Every meal and dessert had alternatives for intolerances etc.The lady who served us was very friendly, helpful and with a wonderful sense of humour. With plenty of incentives to return to the Navigation we certainly will.I rate this place 5 *

We just stopped on the of chance they had a table as we saw it was open. Lovely polite staff. Brilliant food and great service. Highly recommended

They accommodated eight of us, four adults and four children, for Sunday lunch. Welcoming atmosphere, with more than one fire on the go. Landlord was pleasant and the bartender (who told us that she was relatively new) was brilliant. The food was OK, although let down by the potatoes, which weren't the best. I had bitter and IPA, both were very nice. The building is great with loads of character, worth a visit just to check it out. Overall, I would definitely recommend, particularly for the beer!

Slipped in to book a table for lunch and was greeted with a warm welcome and a toasty wood fire. It would have been rude not to stop for a pint or two. Excellent session beers and speciality ales. We will be trying the food tomorrow! Can't wait.

Great pub to visit while on the canal or if you're camping locally at Fairhaven. Nice size beer garden overlooking the canal.Friendly and accommodating staff.Great selection of local ales (from the local brewery) as well as the mainstream beers and lagers.Definitely worth a visit
