Great menu, we had the su day roast, which had well cooked meat and a lovely selextion of veg and sides. Dog friendly!

Once again an excellent meal at this superb country pub and restaurant. Food is very good and service extremely good and the staff are so pleasant. Javiour has wonderful customer care skills and seems to know his customers well. There is nothing I can fault about this fine place and believe me I am very fussy.

Went after hearing good reviews. I wasn't disappointed, staff were very friendly and keen to give you a great dining experience. The steak was perfect and the chips were the best I've ever had. The dessert was amazing. It looks like they have had a refurb as its very clean with nice tables. Bar is well stocked and the menu has lots of choice, the chef is very creative with some fabulous choices. It is a little way to travel but really worth it.

Brilliant atmosphere, great staff and the food is awesome. The presentation is amazing. Try this pub if you want fine countryside dining. Simple but with a hidden sophistication about it.

Absolutely beautiful food although only1of the 2 vegetarian meals on the main menu was available.Customers required required to wear masks when away from the table but staff didnt have masks on. The only downside was horrendous noise from above the restaurant of screaming children and thundering feet which you could feel through the walls. Put a damper on conversation and ambience

Mid-week lunchtime meal in the restaurant for four people. Starter and main course only with wine. Good quality food, nicely presented. Staff and service friendly and efficient. Nice village location but (I believe) is popular at weekends - So booking recommended.
