The Pasta Man in Shropshire

I have to say for some reason I had not been to Pastaman for some years as I used to use it daily years ago. Thanfully last week I just thought I wanted something different so I popped in. How glad am I!! Great staff, fantastic home cooked specials ideal for an empty stomach. Gina, your lasagne is lovely and your cheese pie is to die for, I will be back day after day now I have seen what I have been missing. Anybody who is thinking of trying them out, go for a bacon and cheese omlette, cheese pie and beans, and a couple of lasagnas. Then you have your whole day set out , brekk, lunch, tea all for around 13 quid, now that beats any friday night takeaway for value. Thank you Gina, great stuff.

Lovely little gem of a place! Very reasonably priced. Food very tasty. Staff very polite and friendly. Very clean shop! Would recommend to anyone!

Stressful morning at work, thought i'd nip down and get myself a breakfast bap to sort myself out and get my head screwed on for the week ahead.They have an offer for £1 breakfast baps which i was going to purchase but i was informed i missed out on the deal. I attempted business at 11:32 and the offer ended at 11:30. So into the notes i went.To be honest the lady was polite and i accepted i was late on the deal, i ordered a sausage and egg baguette with red sauce, the deal breaker for me in any bap is the sauce. I watched her write this on the wrapper so she couldn't forget.I waited patiently for my food and sure enough she said 'here you go lovey'. I took my food and wondered back to work not knowing what would lie ahead. I sat down and opened it up for the generic inspection. WOW. The sweet lady has only gone and forgot the sauce. 10/10 for effort. 1/10 for memory.Other colleagues have suffered other issues and from now on i'm taking my custom elsewhere.Yes i could of bought some sauce myself but that is besides the point, it's meant to be part of the parcel?Despite this i did eat the baguette and it was mediocre due to the lack of sauce.All the best
