Been christmas shopping and popped in to have one of there lovely coffee, decided to eat. I had turkey dinner as the falafel pitta was unavailable. My partner had prawn cocktail. Both really disappointed with both meals. We waited nearly an hour, I think they had forgotten about us. The turkey dinner was dry, it had all been microwaved.The prawn cocktail was awful, no sauce. I have been poorly all night. I have visited this place lots of times in the past with friends but won't be going back. Such a shame. 👎

I visited the restaurant twice over the weekend as it was so good. Beautiful building with preserved crook frame, wattle and daub. Food was great especially the Caesar salad. Book as it gets busy.

Everything was excellent - the service and the temperature. We sat facing the street and the sun was shining on us at 11.30am. Also the coffee and chocolate caramel biscuit was very good.

Went there for a birthday Sunday late lunch roast. Not impressed. Undercooked beef. Reheated hard Yorkshire Puddings roast potatoes and vegetables. Not impressed. Their customer feedback did not merit an apology or any other gesture of good will. Be aware!!!

Had a lovely meal here. The vegetarian dishes were fabulous- great portion sizes too. Also, our dog Mina was made very welcome as well.

Very good. Went for Sunday lunch with two of my children. It was busy but service was good. One had the pork and the other had beef, and both really enjoyed their meals. I had the veggie roast and really enjoyed that too. The Peach Tree is nicely done out and is a great place for a very good meal.

Absolutely top class. A large group of us booked a Sunday lunch service was very good and food quality and quantity was excellent. We had nine adults four under fives and two well behaved dogs.

We came here for lunch after visiting the Abbey across the road.The staff were friendly, helpful and polite and the food was absolutely delicious. We both thoroughly enjoyed the meal.The atmosphere is also great, a very interesting building as you can still see part of the original building.I would recommend here.
