Excellent pub, as always.

Very good, Ian was his usual courtesy self. We may of lost at dominoes, but it was a close thing. With a bit of luck we will reverse it at home.

What a great pub, proper traditional. Hidden up the back streets it’s a hidden treasure. Nice terrace at the back and a good selection of beers. We enjoyed our visit

A great pub, run by great people with a great selection of drinks. And they go the extra mile, usually offering my son a cheeky sweet treat which is lovely!

This is a good old fashioned pub complete with an excellent bowling green and beer garden. It's tucked away in a residential area,a good walk from the town centre. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming, with a good selection of real ales on hand. Last Sunday the pub was hosting a dog show and there were at least 20 dogs in attendance. It was a jolly event with disciplines such as the 'waggiest tail' etc.... I would highly recommend this pub.

Good boozer with real ales, bar snacks, sandwiches and good bar staff. Visited here before going to football match and it was that good we went back there afterwards too. Great outside area with bowling green and lots of seating. Proper pub

Very friendly pub with excellent friendly service. Fitted us in at short notice on an Easter Sunday Takes dogs which is great. Nice quality pub fair and more than happy to make adjustments to suit. All in a very nice traditional local pub.

Good selection of beers and wines from local vintner. Better on a busy days as some beers may not shift or ask what has been selling well. Good bowls green out the back and reslly family friendly.
