Went to The Range in Shrewsbury to buy two heavy items. While we were browsing a staff member asked if we wanted any help and ended up getting a trolley, loading the 35+ kilos onto it and then, having taken payment wheeled it out of the store to the car. Could not have asked for better service; just kicked myself for not taking his name so I could give a more personal review 10/10

The range speaks for itself- huge range of products for everyone's needs. From DIY to cuddly toys, there really is something for everyone. Toilet facilities on site and a cafe upstairs too. Only downfall - it's always so busy so going in for something quickly isn't an option. Not enough staff members on tills to speed up the process.

Disappointed with what once a great store. Many items not priced so having to ask staff which was time consuming. Picture frame range still great!

The shop is in need of a refit. As you enter the carpets in the entrance are stuck down with duck tape and the store generally looks "tired".The toilets have desperately needed a refit for several years, the only sign that this has been recognised are the new, more efficient handryers. I don't know about the men's toilets but the ladies have had broken doors for so long that the "fixes" have now been fixed. That said the staff are always pleasant and helpful and the coffee bar serves good food and coffee at a reasonable price.

Absolute overstocked chaos. Very few prices on things, had to ask an attendant 3 times for prices and wait patiently for him to return. The queue for checkouts was abysmal, no one knowing where to stand etc. The whole shop wants a massive rethink. Who will endure the disorganisation just to buy a bag of frozen peas? In France they have bar code readers all over their stores which cuts down on staff and annoyed customers. The "fripperay" capital of the high Street needs a "frippin" makeover.

Only recently discovered this company and I’m super glad I did! Lots of nice homeware things, a range (no pun intended) of quality from cheap tat to really nice stuff. Lots of great art. It’s pretty mad how many different things the store has.

Lovely place to shop , variety of wedding venue dress up . Great price and quality. We had two trolley's filled to the brim, our cashier was a lovely lady who was chatty and incredibly helpful. Overall fantastic experience from start to finish .

good selection with all sorts of stuff. personally i hate shopping but forced to attend with mother, partner and daughter all who managed to find something to buy and even had to tell my mother to stop as she had enough. everything fromm pictures, fake flowers, DIY, crafts, toys and even has an iceland joining the floorspace for frozen foods even having its own frozen cheese stuff fridge

I love this shop and would happily move in and live there if I could! It's packed with gorgeous well priced goodies for the home. Only downside is that around 25% of the products have their prices missing which makes shopping very frustrating.I'm updating this review two years after my first and STILL the pricing is atrocious. The prices are reasonable but with a skeleton staff, it's obvious they have no time to check prices. Shame :-(

Went to have a look for lighting, they have a good range and the young sales person was very helpful. We decided to have late lunch and it was lovely. Nice hot pot of tea and a hot cappuccino went down well.
