The Star Kebab & Pizza House in Shropshire

Sooo to start off we spent £42.50 here they got most of our order wrong , we paid extra for extra bits on the pizza as to which we didn’t receive either. As well as our drinks. Then it came to us ringing them to explain how we’d received some things wrong and asked if they could be redelivered properly and they became very rude towards us. They told us we weren’t getting what else we’d ordered and paid for and they would either give us £3 back for the toppings OR send us a free pop. And they proceeded to be rude untill we said to leave the three pound as it was obviously more of an issue to them. Would not recommend and will not be coming here again. It’s an absolute joke.

You order one thing and they will give you something different if you have allergies miss this place out cos they don’t not care AVOID (clickyforeigners)

Chips soggy pitter bread was missing they would not send anyone out with it

After a long work day ,I made an order that did not arrive for 4hrs. And then was told that ghe driver dropped it af the doorstep(nothing was there).and then even refused a refund!!!!!!.

Delivery took almost 2 hours. Drinks were wrong, no salad , chicken like a brick !!!!

Order was wrong. Wrong sauces missing salad. Burger roll was soaked with grease and fell apart. Chips were like cardboard and no salt and vinegar option. Large Veggie kebab was 2 mushrooms one slice of pepper and a bit of onion very disappointing when ordered an aubergine one. All in all would not bother going back!

Chicken wrap is an absolute 5*, if Efes kebab will not adopt these they will loose market soon...

I've made an order through Foodhub. Never recieved my order. Tried to call Star Pizza & Kebab House several times but no one picks up.Then contacted Foodhub.Unfortunately they couldn't help me because Star Pizza is closed.They cant even promise me I'll get my money back... Apparently Star Pizza can accept orders and then just close the shop.Don't waste your time and money on them.

AVOID! Ok this is worst experience ever.I ve orderes a pizza without bacon and bbq wings for collection - came to collect it and the forgot the order they said wait and i waited 15 minutes so they do it and the wings were spicy not bbq and the packaging is all burnt and awful and to top it up the pizza came with bacon and when i came to return it he was arguing that I didnt ask for it without bacon even though i called through there alergies number and they still added it. Terrible experience never again I hope they shut.Avoid it

What a horrible kebab and pizza takeaway. The worst outlet in Shrewsbury. Ordered a 9 inch cheese pizza and a small chicken kebab with chips. I walked out with 3 pounds change from a £20 note. Until my partner went back in to sort it out. They said the prices were wrong on the shop board.Worse was when we got home, the kebab, had no salad, pitta bread was hard and just dry chicken for 6 pounds! They are just RIP off merchants. Check your food before you pay! And check the price!But let's face it. You should not need to get that kind of lack of service and quality of food when there are other competitive takeaway restaurants a few doors away.STAR PIZZA sort this out!!!!
