This cute tiny pub is such a hidden gem, the food was excellent!

Lovely food, good friendly staff and great atmosphere Highly recommended. Accomadated 15 of us for my dad's 90th. Thank you for helping to make his day extra special.

You pay a bit more for food and drinks but you pay for what you get well worth a visit

Stone the crows... the Tilley Raven is fab.Don't get a chance to eat many burgers but a Lamb and Mint burger, slaw and french fries washed down with a pint of bombardier.Good service, plenty of parking and well cooked and presented food. Good value too.Modern clean pub, with selection of ales and spirits on offer.Seating outside, with south facing area and a few seats out front.

The best Sunday roast we've had. Returned today to see if the normal food was as good and were blown away again. The blue cheese fries topped with Southern fried Jalapenos were phenomenal and went great with my steak. The onion rings don't mess about either they were huge. Lovely interior, vibe and staff, if we lived nearby we would be regulars but I guess 3 trips in 2 weeks isn't too bad. Don't understand how this place isn't booked out solid of a weekend.

Came here a week before Christmas 2021 just as people were deciding not to socialise again. The pub seems to have been 'done up' since I visited 5 years ago, and now has a stark, woody, industrial vibe. The food is reasonably priced and offers a lunch menu which consists of smaller, cheaper versions of the mains. The lunch offer was a very adequate portion and good value for money. We had fish, chips, mushy peas, times three, two desserts, two pints and a glass of Merlot which was just over £40. We will definitely go again as it's centrally situated for our homes and there's plenty of parking.

We found the food excellent, but a distinct lack of atmosphere. One can only have one first impression, and unfortunately this was not the best. The manager was very friendly, which is a lot more than can be said by the member of staff who "greeted" us. She gave a very strong impression that she didn't want to be there or at least untill she could sit...at the bar, devouring a large bowl of chips, which was bigger than the one taken to a couple sitting outside. Sad to say it doesn't live up to other pubs in the group.

Food was absolutely beautiful. The service in general was lacking drinks took ages to arrive and we was never offered desert before the chef closed the kitchen . I wouldn't of been bothered by the slow service but there was only 2 other tables eating.

Lovely to sit at the front in the sun shine but they also have undercover seating at the back where you can stay dry if its raining. There was a mistake with my order but they corrected it with no fuss and the food was very good quality. They had a choice of two real ales and both were very nice.
