The Town House in Shropshire

Got some great cocktails from 'The Living Room' upstairs from the restaurant. Had been to the Libertine in Shrewsbury earlier in the day, and these drinks were of the same high standard. Great quirky decor as well. Thoroughly recommend!

We decided to dine here based of all things on a negative review! It was quite clear that the review was from someone who didn’t understand what type of steak they were ordering and how you should have it.The owner gave a great response and I decided I had to come here and try the flat iron steak, which was delicious!Portion sizes were just right, we chose the steak and the salmon. To follow we had the chocolate fondant (14 minute wait for a perfect goo!) and a chocolate sundae ( home made ice cream).All in all, good value, nice setting and friendly staff.We’ll definitely go back.

What a disappointment with our meal last night we have visited previously and had a super meal so we sugested that friends came along with us for a return visit last night was not very good we arived and at 7.30 and two of us ordered the lamb but the waitress returned to inform us that they had run out rather early in the evening for items not to be available so we changed to flat iron steaks well the taste was good but they were very very tough and took ages to chew luckily none of ushad false teeth they were awful suggest they change their butcher this realy let the quality of the meal down unfortunately we will certainlynot be recommending a return visit

Best meal I've had since last time I went 😄. Nice starter, delicious haddock and lovely crumble dessert. Good cold beer too. £5 less than other restaurants 7 miles away. -Bonus is , no stress, fuel cost (saved £4.50), no wear n tear or time wasted. Try it.

Visiting family and was treated to a beautiful meal at the Town House. Chose the Vegan burger and hand cut chips. Really delicious! Great Vegan options too. The service was brilliant. Thanks for a memorable evening 💚

Amazing food and even better cocktails. Service exceptional and finish the night with a shot of toffee vodka. What else could be better. Look forward to future menu's

Had a three course lunch here and every single thing on each plate was absolutely delicious. Overall wonderful place - beautiful decor, lovely relaxed ambiance and could not fault the service. Will have to return! ♥
