The Warehouse Bar & Grill in Shropshire

We pre booked our table and when they on the morning we was told we had the table all night. We had been there 30 min when we was told that the table was booked out in 20 mins time. We was shocked as nothing was said when we arrived. It was raining so we was going to stay longer. So we made other plans and as we started to get up the same ladie came over and said she had made a mistake and the table was not booked out again. As we was a party if 14 and had rang arround to get in elsewhere we left. We really did want to stay as it was raining but felt we had to leave sort your staff out its not nice to think you can stay to be told something else which then thats not true. Not very good customer service at all.

Love this place ,called for lunch today it was nice that the waiter remembered us and what drinks and food we had on our last visit ! Lovely food and cocktail and Eton mess for desert was amazing !! We love to sit by window especially when bi fold doors are open . Highly recommend !!!

Genuinely the best food ive ever had. Went here with my partner and simply couldn’t recommend it even more. The staff were so lovely and polite and the food was the best food ive ever eaten. 100% will be going there again. The decor was absolutely stunning and thoroughly enjoyed my experience. My partner also forgot her shopping bag and the lovely lady chased after us to give it back. All in all one of my favourite places to go

Shocking. Food cold advertising cocktails on large posters 2 for £11.00 all day every day but we got charged £15.00 to be told these are not included. Bad bad bad. Shrewsbury is a no go for us for the foreseeable future!!!

Came here for some food, would not recommend. I ordered the fajitas and the chicken was very dry and bland, got 4 small bits of chicken for 2 wraps to many peppers and no salad. My sister ordered the chilli beef tacos came out and it was dry chicken instead after waiting 10 minutes after my meal had come out. Chips weren’t cooked properly. Did not enjoy the meal at all.

We received a lovely welcome to this restaurant/bar and we're quickly seated in the "Orange" section (the clue for name was the colour of the seats 😉). We ordered some cocktails on the special offer, which were lovely. The food was limited for our vegetarian/vegan needs, but what they did have was tasty, filling and well priced. All in all, we really enjoyed our time here, especially as the staff were so friendly.

Absolutely gutted to be honest! Considering we’re on the 26th March and I booked the table on the 26th JANUARY I’m really not happy! So I booked here for my husbands surprise 30th for 20 of us (luckily for us only 13 turned up otherwise I can only image it would have been worse) seriously think about getting new bar staff because the wait for drinks was ridiculous! 25 minutes for a drink???? The floor manager and waiting staff were brilliant to be fair but for somewhere that wasn’t that busy and I had booked this months in advance so they should have been prepared it wasn’t a great night! Also the one security man with his hair in a bun is so bloody rude so I wouldn’t hire him again either! Having 3 different people serve you is never the greatest and seriously if your coming here for a drink DONT!! The food was okay but not the best we won’t be coming here again unfortunately it’s not worth the money and I’m really upset that my husband didn’t have a great time and as it was his surprise birthday it should have been amazing considering the money we spent but like I said the floor manager was brilliant and took some of the drinks off the bill but it just wasn’t good enough I’m so gutted!!

Came here with my partner for dinner with fairly high expectations, given the wealth of positive reviews here on Google. However, although the food itself was OK (although not quite up to its price), there were a few issues with the service that are worth raising.First off, my partner ordered a drink without ice, a request which was not heeded, so it had to be re-prepared. To the staff's credit, this was done very promptly.Secondly, I ordered a sirloin steak done medium, and the steak arrived well done; I wasn't even given a steak knife to begin with, so the steak was very difficult to cut through. Again, the issue was dealt with very promptly by the staff and I was soon served a steak that was cooked as I ordered it.Once all the issues were sorted, we were happy enough with the food - the BBQ pulled pork dirty fries were a particular highlight. However, owing to the issues we encountered with the service, we're not sure we'd return in future.
