The refurbishment is excellent and very tasteful. What a pleasure to be dealt with by welcoming, polite ,friendly staff who were more than helpful. We have been waiting for it to reopen and we were not disappointed. Menu looks appealing and we have booked a table for next week. Great 👍

Went there for the first time today. Lovely meal , lovely staff. Beautiful new pub, well worth a visit.

2nd visit by myself and friends , they do not fail, food, and service 5.star.. Not the most expansive menu, but the Quality of the food, that is locally sourced is first class

Met the family here for my stepdad's birthday, lovely atmosphere and the place was well kept, lots of lovely food and my vegetarian wife was well catered for. No baby changing but the staff were friendly and courteous when asked and let us change our daughter wherever we were comfortable. We shared a delicious baked camembert and I had moules frites and my wife had mushroom lasagne. There were an amazing selection of local cheeses to finish.Theres plenty of outside seating if its sunny and some pigs, rabbits and chickens for the kids to pet! A lovely afternoon out thank you. I'm sure we'll be back 👍

Food is amazing. Staff are super friendly..I loved my meal and will be back again and again. Oh and. Vegetarian and I had a lovely interesting meal..it's not the same old same old and the price is reasonable..Saul behind the bar was first class in his service and attitude as were the attentive owners. I cannot fault this place. Seriously,you must try it ( and that's the first review I've ever said that in). Cannot rate it higher than 5 stars, if I could, I would!!

We visited here for Sunday lunch. We'd not been before so I can only comment on the Sunday menu in isolation.The place itself is nice, a mixture of old and newer inside, and an outdoor seating area, and a grassed area too. There is plenty of parking.Staff were friendly and attentive, and weren't phased by us taking a baby, providing us with a high chair and a couple of toys.Food was all good and freshly cooked. There should be something for everyone to enjoy in every course, even from what I assume is a slightly curtailed Sunday menu. I think there were five different choices for each course.There is an extensive gin selection, and the nice touch of a variety of tonics. Unfortunately, I was driving!All in all, very nice. I would eat there again.
