This is our local and enjoy everytime we visit.The owners are amazing and so welcoming.The food is highly recommended.As a local we popped down for a couple on new years Eve and was surprised with an unexpected spectacular buffet... Planned to visit here on route to snowdonia due to reading good reviews. Very poor welcome, food advertised on board outside and were told no food available for no valid reason seeing as it said outside food served 12-8pm. Not dog friendly. Pub currently up forsale, possible for good reason. To top it off £3.20 for 1 pint of lemonade!

Went to a 60th birthday party in the function room at the Wingfield Arms at the weekend and was very impressed with everything. The buffet was exceptional, catering for every possible taste and there was enough to feed an army. Very good value for money. We all had a great evening. Thank you to everyone involved.

What a gem of a place! Food was superb, staff all incredibly welcoming and friendly. We left full and contented. Can recommend the steak and ale pie and sticky toffee pudding!

Plenty of parking but uneven ground. As a pub ir is good. Great place for functions like Birthday parties. Very good outdoor area, and somewhere can safely take kids.

Very nice little pub we found on the way back from a camping trip, we rang and were welcomed in by the Aussies. Had very nice meals and a great chat with the owner. A very welcome stop on our way home and will be stopping by again when next in the area.

We stopped off here for a quick drink. Ended up staying for food, and glad we did. We had no trouble finding a table outside and they also have a few tables under cover. The food was lovely and the staff very friendly and attentive. Would definately recommend this pub and we ard looking forward to our next visit.

Plenty of parking. Bar staff were very friendly and accommodating. My wife had the Kiev, which was home made and cooked to perfection. I had the wingfield burger (highly recommended) which was one of the tastiest burgers I've had in a very long time.Well worth the visit.
