Absolutely stunning in every way! The food! The staff! The venue!! We couldn’t have asked for better, if I could give you 10 stars you’d deserve every one of them! Massive well done and thank you so much for the fabulous meal last night. We will DEFINITELY be back soon 👌

Had Sunday lunch today at this lovely pub.Best lunch we have had would definitely recommend it. 10 out of 10 will be returning when passing that way again.

Soup for starters was absolutely delicious, Leek, cheese and spinach soup,Beer battered Haddock was so tasty. Staff very friendly and helpful. Nice decor and good atmosphere

On going away for a birthday weekend we decided to spend one of the evenings dining here and we are so glad that we did - the food was great and the staff were great, attentive without being overbearing with some great recommendations for food (and drinks). It really sold the area to us and should we be back I’m sure we would visit again!

Been here a few times but last night we celebrated my hubby's birthday, the staff were fab and very helpful as always. Food was top notch. Everyone enjoyed even the people who hadn't previously been all said food and staff were lovely.

A gorgeous country pub! The surrounding area is beautiful and so peaceful. And the food...wow! Great prices for hearty grub. Highly recommend, staff are lovely too

Came here with some friends for the Thursday special offer. I brought my very well behaved dog and was welcomed in happily. Good job really as the weather was pouring down!!There was a good selection of food. The ambiance of the pub was relaxing yet pleasant. Not to noisy. Lots of different age groups too.The food was absolutely delicious 😋 better then a few fancier places we've visited in Shrewsbury town centre, where they've been a lot more expensive!!The waitresses, although young girls , they certainly were very accommodating, polite and worked very hard to make our meal taste and look good. They made a real effort and would definitely recommend. Well done 🌟

The Sunday roast beef dinner and sticky toffee pudding was delicious and plentiful. Great service and very attentive pleasant young staff. A great find if you don't know the area. Somewhere you would most likely just drive past. We'll worth a visit if you are looking for good food and reasonably priced drinks. Dog friendly too!
