USA Fried Chicken in Shropshire

When food arrived chicken looked and tasted as if it was heated up Found a hair in my food called USA the lady was very rude and spoke with an attitude will not be ordering from here again

Great kabab chips not so good

Food is a hit and miss sometimes ok others stone cold if we get the right thing we order. 9 times out of 10 we get something wrong on our order. Chips something rock solid ordered 2 burgers 1 half with lettuce and 1 quarter without but with ketchup they cant seem to read and got it the other way round. Drivers can also sometimes be rather rude

I Definitely suggest the pizzas, beautifully cooked, I’ve never had an issue with the place after ordering from there for years. Only suggestion is if you have a weak stomach avoid the chicken, due to it being slightly pink.

The only thing worse than the food was the manager and everyone else.They showed up an hour early shouting and being horribly rude down the phone about us opening the door. We ordered for social distancing and he walked up to us and gave it us and didnt speak. The food was hardly warm.We decided to ring and complain later on as we dont like to complain so waited a while and decided it was worth it. We rang instead of going inside as we didnt want to cause trouble and when we realised we were by the delivery guys car, we walked away as we didnt want him to hear us complaining about him. They didnt ring back and when we rang back the next day they shouted and were horrible to me and had a go at me. To find out it was the manager that was that rude was the icing on the cake.We come here every week. We will NOT be coming back and we will be telling others not to either

I ordered food from this takeaway with foodhub. In app was written that they are delivering on my adress. After 40 minuttes they send me message that we are too far for delivery and they will give me my money back in 3-5 working days. They took my money in second and I will wait a week for it now! This is really unproffesional and I feel it like they needed my money for something else, so they wrote there false nformation to get it from me!!!!

On Google it says that this shop is open until 1am I phoned up at 12:03 and there was no answer so thought fair enough and then I phoned again at 12:15 and when I got an answer a woman with no phone manners at all really rude, I asked her if they deliver to where I live and then she put me on hold for 5mins, and then comes back on the phone to say they are closed so when I say that it says they are Still open I had attitude off the woman, then she said they are closed again and I told her they want to update their website then and she put me on hold again for a further 5 mins and then hung up without saying anything. Rude! I will certainly not be ordering from there in future.. I didn't even get to try food because they obviously closed earlier than meant to! That doesn't bother me it's the fact I was spoken to like crap!
