Wimpy in Shropshire

Food was okay but nothing to write home about. Atmosphere was really flat and the music was not fitting. When food was brought over we weren't asked did we need anything else and we didn't have a check-back.My daughter tried to chat to the waitress who brought her kids dessert over and she ignored her. I tried to order a dessert with the same waitress for myself and she walked off! I'm not sure if there was a language barrier but it's important staff can take orders from customers.Not keen to come again, sadly.

Easily the worst meal I've ever had. Burgers were stale and had no flavour. The chips were microwaved. The sausage was dried out and overcooked it was like chewing leather. All this to be paying more than any burger chain.

Bad service - the staff were not friendly and did not present a good image of the restaurant.The food was bland and could most definitely be improved upon.Aside from that the restaurant was clean and well decorated.

Terrible service, waitress told us the wrong prices, ended costing us money we didn't have, absolutely a rip off, the food was all microwaved and wasn't even cooked properly, drinks were flat and tasteless.. won't be going back

I came here with my daughter when she was 12 and she loved it.Came again now she was 16 and again really enjoyed it.The only thing I would change is meal size was a little small for a large size.Did seem very quiet though for lunch time as well.

Not been to a wimpy since being a kid so thought I'd go for a bit of nostalgia. Didn't disappoint, was clean, the food was lovely and tasted fresh. Good value too. I don't know the staff members name but the gentleman that served us was great with my kids and an employee that should be recognised. Highly recommended and will return next time in Shrewsbury

Husband and daughter went here for lunch and they Loved it!! Daughter is dairy free and really enjoyed her chicken wrap, I'm tagging along next time, used to work in wimpy(different location) approx 20 years ago so would be nice to try here

The waiter was very kind and helpful, the food was brilliant and the restaurant itself was very clean. Can't fault anything really, will return again!

I started regularly coming here seven months ago. The meals were good and well priced. I returned today after a few months away and the food quality had declined to the extent that I was unable to eat the full content. I was surprised when I went to the counter to pay and found that the price had increased by over 25%. I had enjoyed going to this Wimpy as it was a reminder of my youth. After today I think it unlikely I will return, which is a shame.

Been years since I had a wimpy, it certainty brought back some good memories apart from the missing the paper wrapper around the burgers but I suppose it is better for the environment. Staff at this wimpy were friendly and quick service. Food was hot although the chips were a little undercooked but that would not stop me going back again.
