Really nice couple of hours we spent . The sun was out . Food was top notch . Definitely an African feel . Will be coming back soon . Staff were polite .was free entry .

First time here as a diner, and must say was pleasantly surprised. Never tried African food until my visit here and the food was faultless. Lovely vibes and reggae music playing in the background and nice selection of cocktails and beers . Shout out to a staff member called Leah was very pleasant and friendly throughout our visit . 10/10

Good Kenyan vibes. Nice restaurant authenticity. NOT recommended for wheelchair users, it was very tough to move around, staff would not open easy access door to exit either. Good was just OK, not a selling point

Went hear for birthday meal. It was so dark inside the bar and eatery I couldn't read my menu or see what I was eating. Food was poor I had the jerk chicken salad and the chicken was dry the salad thrown together. I regret not taking photos. They advertised a deal for 2 course meal with cocktail but the offer wasn't available false advertising at its best. It was an awful experience!!!

Daily running staff are excellent. Management appalling. Great as a venue for food, drinks music . But Not good if you are a vendor or band who perform as part of their night entertainment. Bands not paid for gigs they have done . When emailing politely about payments . Issue is ignored you stop replying when money been promised and not delivered .Complaints are completely ignored . Looked at previous reviews from others re this venue for whatever reason whether it be about food , drink , staff etc everyone says same they do not reply to complaints . This is not good customer service to ignore and brush under the carpet . The venue will lose lots of customers due to this attitude , which is a shame as if handled properly it would not have gone this far . If you ignore all Messages that are sent direct to you and were private .Refuse to acknowledge or reply ,or even pay up social media is the other avenue open to people to use , maybe once it starts affecting your business due to bad reviews you will take it more seriously and try to resolve issues in future . Sadly disappointed former customer.

Really cool place for a quick look around. We had a drink and a tuna melt was lovely. The sculptures are impressive. We enjoyed it and will be back when that way on again.

I went with my family on the August Bank holiday Monday (30/08/2021). Even from the entrance itself we know that the day is going to be bad. My friend entered without paying anything, and was waiting for us inside. However, they decided to charge £5 for adults and £3 for kids from entrance itself..! Later when we asked for food around 12:30 pm they initially said food will be served at 2:00 pm only. When we retuned at 2:00 pm to order food they said they will serve at 3:00 pm..! D (the waitress was rude and said either we can wait or leave..! ) At around 3:30 pm they started to serve food, below par standard small in quantity and okay in quality. A complete ripper, a day we waited 3.5hrs to eat with small kids and infants..! Horrible experience. Will not recommend this to anyone..!

We came here for lunch. The food was lovely but you have to order it by an app and it's pretty useless.Great selection of plants, with lots of rare and unusual ones. The place isn't wheelchair friendly AT ALL. The paths are all deep gravel and I had to get out and walk a never of times as my chair got stuck. I couldn't even push it as I walked. We are going to go again but when I'm feeling stronger so that I can use my walker.
