Jamie, Lauren, Elliott, Vicki, Natalie, Jade & Sophie go above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your meal. Nothing is too much trouble for them. All very friendly and attentive. Good is always fresh and hot. Steaks are good quality and always cooked how you like them. Would defiantly recommend. We travel from Coventry most weeks.

Lovely place and lovely food, would have given it 5 stars if waitresses and bar staff wasnt so miserable. Its as if they didn't want to be there.Update: 2 years later another visit just because they serve mixed grills...again the food was nice, but wasn't as hot as it should have been, tables weren't as clean as they should have been, the staff is what destroys this place again, under staffed and no change in attitude...But probably the worse thing about this experience was chemical tasting Guinness, I don't know if it was the glasses or the lines but it was not good at all....I took it back they gave me another one which was worse...no offer of an alternative drink they just left it, and left a nasty taste in my mouth from the drink and experience...so much difference from our first experience so I give it a 2 star this time and wouldn't recommend or go again.

Very good food at a acceptable price. Meat was cooked well and good portion sizes :)

Came for my mom's birthday and the staff made us feel welcome from the moment we came to when we left. We had lovely service off Amy, Elliot and Lauren and they even sang happy birthday with us.The food was delicious and presentation was great. Thank you to Nat, Al and Lucas in the kitchens. We will be back soon.

Staff very good but food not so. Paid £16.00 for a piece of Salmon & 3 pieces of long stem brocolli. Also £12.79 for a bowl of salad leaves & a piece of Salmon! Neither were served as described on the menu!! Items missing.Other meals ok but would say its a bit expensive for what you get & there was an awful lot on the menu not available.Would not eat at a Beefeater again, we were staying at the Premier Inn & had been travelling so thought we would eat at the Beefeater for convenience.

We was staying in the adjoining hotel and it was very convenient to have the Beefeater to dine at, staff on arrival was friendly and seated us in a nice area with a choice of a few tables,The atmosphere was lovely just the right level of music and it was cosy too, love the open planned layout too very nice. Our server was Olivia and she was lovely, very attentive and was so calm and friendly throughout the evening even tho it was busy she never rushed anyone and had time for each table,The food was well presented and very tasty, worth its money, very giid size tooit was definitely value for money, one starter 2 mains and 3 drinks i think £54 was a reasonable price.

Considering the recent reviews I was looking forward to a pleasant meal for my brother's birthday. We booked an early dinner at 3:15 as have a toddler and they don't do well staying up late. The place was pretty much empty when we arrived, so I thought we'd have plenty of time to order and eat before the grumpiness set in with my son, but unfortunately after ordering it took an hour to get our meals and by this point the only thing holding my son together was cartoons on the phone. When we asked the staff where our food was they said it was coming and we'd only ordered 20 minutes which was not true, as by the time we eat it was heading for 4:30 we decided not to stay for pudding as couldn't wait another hour.Although the food was nice I don't expect to wait that long in an empty pub, yes if it's busy you expect to wait but not when there is hardly a soul in there.Normally we go to the Redditch Beefeater and we never have these issues. Won't be returning.

Food was delicious, service was fantastic, Sophie our waitress was lovely and helpful. It was decorated lovely and all Christmassy, the children loved it as well as the crackers on the table. It felt covid safe with staff in masks and clear layout for a one way system where possible. Will be back again!

Food was good but sadly long delays between courses. Appear to be short staffed. Our waitress however could not have been better in difficult circumstances. Disappointed as we paid a lot for a Christmas dinner but I would return again. One of those days I suppose. Bit of goodwill doesn't hurt any of us!

We ate breakfast and dinner here whilst staying at the adjoining Premier Inn. The staff were good. We were always seated quickly and given plenty of time to choose from the menu. The booking system to prebook a table was simple to use and the email confirmation and reminders were useful. The choice for breakfast is plentiful with options of continental or cooked breakfast. However, I found the dinner menu limited as most dished had heavy sauces, which I don't like. Also there are no potato options on the menu, other than chips. I did ask if jacket potato was available and it was, fortunately. The restaurant is nicely furnished and lit, the tables are well spaced. We used the Premier Inn meal deal, which worked really well. Would definitely recommend when staying at Premier Inn.
