Big John's Shirley in Solihull

Used to be very good. Gone downhill. Lazy, slow staff and less offers available than there used to be

I bought a diner kebab with chips, and chicken wings the chips and diner were stone cold and the chicken niblets were off will never buy from there again😡

Rubbish service, staff on till was v confused even didn't know himself what he doing. I ordered 4 PC chicken n he gave me 2 pcs, I ordered kebab wrap n he gave me just kebab. Disappointed

The young man serving was so pleasant and helpful made my visit delightful.

Food is always a hit or miss experience here. Sometimes good, sometimes not so good. Same with customer service and service time - if you go in during peak online order hours, they don't want to know! Prices have gone up more, especially for the quality of food.

Visited this morning at 1am. The staff are so friendly and do a wonderful job.We ordered:9 inch vegetable pizza £4.99 - Fresh, very nice taste as expectedPeri Peri Chicken meal £7 - Chicken was cooked perfectly. Very tasty.

When he gave me two slices with the pizza slice & chips I knew it was going to be trash. Dry chips, and only the cheese burger was decent due to it being made there & then.

ordered a delivery for pizza today and I am left incredibly unsatisfied with my food. The pizzas had barely any toppings on them and were incredibly salty. Terrible customer service from the branch, this will definitely be my first and last order from here

I've loved Big John's since they opened over 20 years ago. They do great food that is a great price. There is loads of choice and the staff are very friendly. We moved away years ago but always get a takeaway every time we are in the area! Thoroughly recommended!
