They have lovely decent cake choices. Definitely my go to for special occassions with custom made options. Giving them a solid 4 star rating as there are not much vegetarian options as I would have like, also, cheaper options. I specially love this branch as they have very helpful and attentive staff.

Went for afternoon tea on Friday. The sandwiches were too sickly as were over stuffed with cheese. None of sandwiches looked fresh. Will not be returning here again.

Been here a few times in the past. Prices are a bit too much for what they are. Glasses are always so filthy! On the last 2-3 occasions I've had to show them food & water marks left on the glass for an exchange to a new glass! Then thats filthy as they do not seem to check or even care what you're given.A lot of staff behind the counter, yet only one person serving majority of the time. Even when the queue is long! The rest just hover tidying up behind the counter!I think thats it for now!

Young staff quiet but polite. Cakes here are beautiful but the already extortionate prices have just been hiked over 10%. £3 10 for a slice of cheesecake!! Methinks the golden goose is a-cooking!!!

Staff unsmiling, unhelpful, didn't know the word "thank you". No serviettes, no milk offered or on counter, had to ask for both.

I was very disappointed with the coffee £1.75 it was blatantly watered down. May be the end of shift but people still pay good money. Will not be going back againI Paul Watkins, partner of Kelly bell was also disappointed with the luke warm water with a splash of what I think was milk and some (maybe one grain) of coffee. We as good people chose to not ruin what was a all round nice day for us by complaining about this terrible service and product. But remain unsatisfied and will not be returning here in future.00000 stars
