Real handmade taste.Staff are friendly, it's always busy, sometimes a long wait but well worth it.What can I say!! The burger is packed with real meaty flavour and the skin on fries are the best out of all the fast food places.Yes, you can get a maccies cheaper, yes, BK burgers look bigger, but they just don't compare for me! I have to travel to get one, so its a real treat and I always look forward to it.

I order fairly regularly from Five Guys, but have found the quality to be really poor when you order via delivery. Most of the time the food arrives barely warm. Today our order was not only cold, but was also missing a portion of chips, even though these were ordered and clearly marked on the receipt. Would not recommend for delivery.

First of all on your way in you need to sign up to sell a kidney it's that expensive.2 Milkshakes £10.50 and they were not even a medium size in other MD restaurants.The behaviour of staff was absolutely awful. One girl arrived for work as we were sat there all she did the whole time was scream and put on a false laugh so loud the lad on the till could not hear to take orders.So if you want to spend your hard earned money at an expensive place like this you head hereEar plugs re you can recommend

I love 5 guys though they are hit and miss depending on the branch, glad to say this was a HIT. Fresh food, cooked well meaning it could be tasted unlike to New Street branches which were cold and soggy, the meals here were enjoyable and hot. Would recommend this branch! 👌

Really quick service. The lady was very helpful. Advised medium chips easily serves 2, which it did. Good quality burger. Would go back again.

Five Guys, I would like to keep it simple. They're the best burger in town. It's always pleasant to go dine in even though it's only a fastfood chain. The staff I found in general across different branches were polite and pleasant. My children know their burgers and they loved Five Guys more than any burgers in town.

Not great for veggies as there doesn't seem to be much substance to the patty, but all my meat eater friends and family love the place

Nothing unique here! I ordered the bacon cheeseburger (with pickles, tomato, lettuce, mayo and ketchup), Cajun fries and an Oreo and salted caramel milkshake.The burger tasted very similar to Burger King's burgers. It wasn't a bad burger but I was expecting something unique but was let down. For nearly £9 for the burger alone I will just go to Burger King next time especially as I'd get fries and a drink included for less money.The fries were skin on fries and tasted just as bad as KFC's skin on fries. They also had way too much Cajun seasoning on causing them to become really dry but I doubt they would have been much better if they were plain either. Defo not worth the price.The milkshake was also ok, but again nothing unique or special about it other than being over priced.Overall it's an ok restaurant but you can get a similar quality meal from cheaper fast food restaurants like Burger King that have the same tasting burgers but with much better tasting fries for a fraction of the price. I think it deserves 2.5 stars but I can't give half stars on Google so will have to be 2 stars.

Cracking food. Burgers are made fresh to order, you can choose your toppings from a good range, all included in the price. Portions of fries are huge, a medium is enough for two people. Refillable drinks aren't cheap, £3.60 or so, do make sure you have a couple to get your value! To be fair, a couple burgers, a couple of drinks and a medium fries wasn't cheap at almost £30, but it's good, really good. It's made to order as I said but the wait isnt long, maybe 6/8 mins, time to get those pricey drinks, grab a table then go and collect it. Enjoy!

Normally Five Guys delivers very well. However today they went crazy. Forgot to place one hot dog. Claimed the money back from Deliveroo... Happened before also. But when we saw the burger we are super surprised. Little Hamburger without the beef patty inside. And when you have a closer look to the picture below, you will notice that they placed the other ingredients on the wrong part of the bread. (Outside inside) The guys in the branch should be super high today
