Handmade Burger in Solihull

We were eager to come back once we had heard it had reopened, still an exiting and enjoyable atmosphere, we came here for our anniversary and had a really lovely and enjoyable time.The prices were great for two students and the staff is helpful and friendly on arrival and throughout the stay at the restaurant.We will 1000% be coming back.

This place is pretty snazzy. The customer service is on point and the food is truly fresh and tasty. Never once did I see any food sitting in a warm pan, everything was truly made to order.

Paid £44 for 2 burgers 2 drinks and one dessert. Burgers were very dry inside, no preference to how we wanted them, almost impossible to eat due to how sloppy the toppings were. Bun was a bit stale. Lemonade tasted like the syrup ratio was definitely off on the pump plus was flat. Even charge extra for chips. What kind of burger doesn’t come with chips? Must say the loaded fries were at least decent. Ambience was dead, staff staring off on their phones, one couple with a baby on the other side of the room, otherwise empty. Dessert was cheap supermarket ice cream and also stale crumbled up, mass produced brownie and waffle. Nothing about the meal felt handmade. Overall felt overpriced and very unsatisfactory eating.

Lovely lunch at Handmade Burger Co. The staff are all so friendly, even those working behind the scenes in the kitchen.Tasty burgers and the loaded fries were to die for!!Definitely my new go-to restaurant when I need a burger treat with a good, relaxed vibe! 🍔

Popped in to Handmade Burger as it reopened recently and I was very disappointed 😞 The burgers were very dry and over cooked and had no seasoning at all. Chips were ok but nothing special. The dips however were terrible, all of them tasted the same and we had 3. The blue cheese mayo was laughable, it came out and was a pot of crumbled blue cheese that had no taste whatsoever. Very strange. Chicken wings were ok. After giving honest constructive feedback, the waitress said they were changing the menu. £66 for 3 burgers and chips and 3 cokes is rather pricey for bland, underwhelming burgers. Wouldn’t recommend.

Great place to eat. Quality is higher now than it was before it shut down during COVID.

Lovely welcoming staff, great range of burgers on offer.We had a bit of an issue, as went here before going to see a film next door at Cineworld. There was a kitchen issue, which meant a delay so our food was only going to arrive a short time before the film started.The staff were apologetic, explained the issue, and did all that they could to put this right.Mistakes happen, and their customer service was perfect in resolving this. We will definitely return for a more leisurely eaten burger!

I had to go check it out after reopening recently. The food was amazing, so were the drinks. Served by Millie who was excellent and very helpful, she was the best. Would definitely recommend going here and I will be sure to go back soon.

Good food and dining experience. Though I do miss the Fresh cut chips. The fries were pretty good though. Bit pricey however for what you're getting but good if you want a restaurant with friendly staff and a nice atmosphere for a meal.

Found out this branch of Handmade Burger co. had opened recently again after questions about the restaurant's future. So naturally, as a regular customer, I had to go and check it out again.The food, while using a more condensed menu than when it was open 2 years ago, works very well with still plenty of variety on offer with plenty of ways to customise your burger.Service was friendly, polite and professional too. Our waitress, Tracey, ensured our experience at the restaurant was a very positive one and she was extremely helpful.I cannot wait to go back.
