Absolutely amazing food and excellent customer service from Kenzie today. The food is definitely above Turtle Bay in terms of quality. I would definitely recommend this location.

Food is excellent. The grilled chicken is far better than nandos and like the sauce on the chicken wing. However, the service is bit slow.

First try and will return! Surprisingly good 👍🏻. Real charcoal grilled half chicken, crispy fried chicken wings and the buffalo chicken wings are well prepared. I like the Jamaya sauce, it fits well with the wings, you can try the mango sauce too, but it’s not the sweet one, it’s a bit sour.

Lovely food. Went here for the first time as a thank you for the tomato sauce that they gave us when Nando’s had run out 😻

I was really disappointed in this restaurant as it is nice to see more Caribbean food in demand but, after my experience I don't think I will be returning.I dined with 2 friends on Saturday 11th June, and the service was very chaotic. We were not designated one waiter/tress so we had several people come up to us and ask for the same orders, which consequently meant that everything took longer to arrive somehow. When we did order food, a friend and I ordered the same meal but with different spicing and yet 2 of the exact same meal arrived - neither of which were either of the spicing we requested. Items were also brought out staggered, which meant 2 of us were eating for a good 5-10 minutes before the other. If this is the way the food is run, sure, but this should have been communicated when our order was taken. When the bill came, we were almost charged £5 for soda water (yes, soda water), and when queried the waitress just said "yeah we charge for soda water". We then queried with a senior who rectified this and assured us we did not need to pay. The waitress also just gave us with the card machine and told us to enter our amounts as we were paying separately, and then left to attend to another table before all our payments had been taken.Overall, service wasn't great and it wasn't even made up for with good food. Would not recommend.

I have tried Jamaya in the restaurant and delivered. I won’t be returning.Unfortunately the hottest level of spice was super mild, and the flavour of the jerk suffered. 🌶 🚫.The cook on the dark meat was good, but the breast both grilled and fried on the burger was dry. Experienced this both from delivery order and in the restaurant. The cassava chips are nice to see on menu but need salt/ flavour 🍟The service in the restaurant was lacking, sticky tables and even though we went when is wasn’t busy service wasn’t good.Unfortunately Jamaya was style and branding over substance overall and not as authentic or dynamic flavour wise as I’d hoped for. 😞

Pleasantly surprised. Ate here this evening for the first time and the food was delicious. The photos don’t really do it justice. Leesha was an a absolute star. She was running round doing everything by herself bless her. She was extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you!!

Was really disappointed. Date night with the Mrs, and chose this place over turtle bay as we were keen to try somewhere new. I tried one of the burgers, with additional fries. Food was just underwhelming, under flavoured, over peppered. The cocktails they had were sickly sweet too.

What a sweet surprise!! Best meals ever and lovely staff. It was the first time for my family and me and surely, we were not disappointed. Big up to Charece and Kay who served us.
