Visited this restaurant on Friday April 22nd @ aprox 16:45. On arrival we noticed half the restaurant was coned off, this made no sense at tea time as the restaurant appeared quite busy. No-one, including the manager seemed to know why. The server counter had already around 8/10 customers stood waiting, and was assured by the lovely man cleaning tables it wouldn't take long to get served. We ordered our food on the digital screen. Paid, then we joined the queue of people. To my disappointment found the front of house staff (including the manager) just idolly standing around while the orders piled up. Practically no food was being served. Surely this is not what you want your customers to see, especially when you are normally known for fast and efficient service! The crowd at the server counter was growing. (What's the deal with uber & justeat carriers pushing in. Surely if that customer had been in the restaurant they'd have to wait just like the rest of us)  We waited a good 15 minutes before I questioned what was taking so long. I was ignored by the rude manager and just asked me what my number was. I showed him my receipt. He said he was preparing it now. He wasn't!! I was almost late for work & I work very local to the restaurant. When we finally received the food, it was cold! My child’s lemonade had ice in it, even though I specifically asked for no ice!We didn’t have time to complain! This is without doubt the worse experience I've ever had in a McDonalds and I will definitely consider using a different fast food restaurant in the future!

Ordered a Mcflurry for my son. Decided it was easier to walk away and have a 3 year old scream at me then continue to surround myself with screaming adults. It reminded me a lot of the atmosphere when Blues play Millwall, only with a much greater threat of impending violence.

I don’t go to McDonald’s very often, I was visiting Solihul today on a works course, I was ver early so grabbed some breakfast - the food tasted fresh and hot thank you Solihul

Horrible experience, has put me off McDonald's. Ordered 4 items, 3 of which were sub standard. 2 apple pies which were stone cold and a hot chocolate which must have been made at least an hour before we got there. Shift manager was rude to everyone, staff and customers alike. This visit was around 15:00 on 14/02/2022. Certainly won't be going to this restaurant again, shockingly terrible.

Placed an order on uber eat at 10:13am, they left the status as “wrapping up” for two hours and then cancelled the order! Absolute joke

Nice McDonald's. Loads of seating.

As usual, McDonald's is designed to meet the needs of everyone. Grab and go (drive through), online order and delivery eat in or take away, McD is always at your service. I particularly love their foods and services.

Well..........Not for the first time I went into a MaccyD’s full of hope and left full of regret and saturated fats. The Pro’s: My Quarter Pounder was 99p.The cons: The restaurant was cold. The fries were cold. The burger was cold. My heart was left cold. Given we order this on an app and we get told it will be freshly prepared it shouldn’t be cold. This was more depression era dining. I think McDonalds need to rethink their food holding procedures. Food seems to wait a long time where in the past it would be binned, now it sits for a long time. I see this more and more and the food quality suffers. McFlurrys are melting. Fries are chewy and stodgy. Burgers are stale and hard to digest. This was no different today. My burger’s constituent parts were clearly around for a while, because there was nothing freshly prepared about it.

Not sure why this says it's a drive-thru. It isn't unless you pile your car into the front of the shop... I think the management is trying to lower their overheads by not having the heating on as the restaurant is absolutely freezing. This makes the lethally greasy and flavourless food go cold very quickly. If you are wondering whether to adopt a healthy lifestyle and stop all fast food consumption or perhaps wonder whether to apply for a management position in your chosen profession, I'd recommend this McDonald's to concrete your thoughts as it appears that none of the staff know what they are doing. The stated calorie content must be before they deep-fry the entire McMuffin to save time due to increasing qué sizes. There needs to be a separate building entirely see devoted to Just Eat and other online order collections as the kitchen seems to be completely devoted to fulfilling these orders than the actual customers in the building. In summary: avoid.

Good for a quick bite, but never get my order right. Always ask for plain food and never get what I want. I always eat out so I can never get back. When I called up to complain the first time, he gave us a free wrap on our next visit, the second time he complained and said we should check our food. I never have time to check, they should get it right. It's their job and their biggest problem is food wastage because nothing ever comes right. The fiery buffalo is really bad. They put way too much sauce on, that it gives my partner heartburn and indigestion, while he's at work after his break and the prices of burgers have gone up by 10p so it's not very student friendly anymore. Also, I have never seen them prepare our wraps with gloves on. We dont know if their hands are clean. They also once added horrible out of date cheese to one of my wraps.I hope they see every complaint about their food and company and change to give customers what people want.
