Miller & Carter in Solihull

Love the Miller & Carter Solihull. We travel the extra miles rather than got to our nearest few its better. The staff there are really friendly and helpful. Especially Donna who served us this time round. Nice and clean. Always have a Steak and this one was cooked perfectly to my liking. Compliments to the chef.

Visited Miller and Carter on 24th March 2022 we ordered the hand battered cod off the set price menu, we asked for the fish to be lightly battered it came dark and the batter was like pancake burnt on the outside raw on the inside! Miller and Carter response from the assistant manager, they are using gluten free batter !!!!! it needs to be burnt or dark otherwise the fish wouldn’t be cooked !!!!!! That’s a assistant managers response !!!!!!most restaurants use gluten free batter these days and I’ve never ever had a bad piece of fish anywhere before !!!! ! I suggest don’t order the hand battered cod unless you like burnt over cooked batter on the outside and thats spongy soggy undercooked batter on the inside !!! Over priced over rated !

Oh my word staff are brilliant service excellent food superb worth every forty smackers oh that includedThree cocktails orWas it two who knows deffo go here only downsides is that it was cold but I’m always cold so is it there fault or my own haha thanks guys loved every minute of dining on me Todd 😂 xxx lovely will back back very soon the lobster tails were everything still licking my lips xxx

Cleaner than other Miller & Carter restaurants we’ve visited, probably recently refurbished. They offer special Vegan dishes this January and I’ve chosen Roasted cauliflower with corn puree, it looks impressive but lacked flavour, most probably we’ll get the stakes next time.😋

We had a wonderful lunch experience in a sophisticated clean friendly atmosphere, with great food, mock tails and puddings that they graciously packed for us to take away, such a lovely place time flew by. Will be visiting again soon and highly recommend Miller and Carter. 💯

First time at Miller and Carter, and who knew they do more than steaks. Lovely atmosphere, and warm welcome from the staff. Our particular waitress was wonderful. But the Buttermilk Chicken was the nicest meal I've had for years. Absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection. I will definitely be back

Firstly, let's talk about the carpark! It's a breath of fresh air turning up and being able to park on site, loved it.We made a last minute reservation here, as my local didn't have a table for us, wasn't sure what to expect at all.Upon arrival, it did take a few minutes for someone to recognise we were waiting, which I found surprising, but that was my only concern of the evening.Once seated we didn't have to wait long for drinks or food, everything was freshly prepared and the steak was divine. It was my daughters birthday and her dessert came with a little happy birthday message, which made her day. Would definitely recommend Miller and Carter Solihull to anyone.

Great food, great service, friendly atmosphere and parking was easy. Slightly surprised to see only 1 member of staff wearing a face covering. On the whole fantastic as always!

Went here for my birthday meal, it was nice and quiet, although it was a Monday. Had a fillet steak with prawns & scallops, it was cooked to perfection, my wife had the buttermilk chicken, it was really tender and juicy however the gravy was to overpowering and tasted of just like chicken stock cubes the melbec wine was just perfect for the meal, staff brilliant friendly and attentive would recommend a visit.

Miller and Carter has to be the best steakhouse around, so juicy and the beef dripping is just beautiful. I highly recommend this place for a nice meal out, great selection of draft beers as well 👌
