Nando's in Solihull

Food was good. Some new things on the menu and overall I was happy.

Excellent friendly customer service. Food came out quickly and was lovely as usual!

Great food when we visited last week. Straight to a table for 4 of us. All the meals were correct and the staff were excellent. Nice friendly atmosphere too.

This was the worst experience I have ever encountered at Nando's in solihull Touchwood. I ordered my meal and I could see it waiting on the side for half an hour which then one of the staff members removed it. My friends ordered a long time after me and there’s finally came despite them having to wait for a long time. When my friends orders finally came, I asked where mine was and the waitress was unaware of my meal. She came back and said ‘they need to redo the wrap’ and did not apologise despite waiting for a long time. I ordered a chicken wrap which normally comes with chilli mayo, which it did not and when I asked why they said ‘we don’t have any mayo’. The management were also not helpful. I will not be coming back to nandos again. I wouldn’t recommend going to this nandos unless you want poor customer service and to wait a long time for your food :)

Normally, I enjoy the experience of eating at Nando’s because their service is very good and prompt when getting a table as well as ordering food. But I noticed that my food was served to me very quickly. Although I enjoyed my meal and the food was delicious. But unfortunately, it left me feeling very nauseous with stomach aches afterwards and it felt like I had food poisoning.Thankfully, I’ve managed to recover from it the following day and had a lucky escape from not having food poisoning in the first place. However, I don’t want to run the risk of eating at any Nando’s just in case it does affect me like this again.I give this place 2 stars, only because the food was delicious at the time and the service was prompt otherwise.

This was our first visit to any Nando's and were guided through the ordering process by friends who we were dining with. They had sold out of wings so we had thighs which were cooked well. The peri-peri chips we okay and the rainbow slaw good. The service was fine. Would I dine here again, probably not.

Food was tasty but despite notice on table stating mind the step i still nearly fell when i got up. Staff indifferent to my near mis hap....

Food was good as always. Thought it odd that we couldn't get a hot drink though. Staff could do better. Stood at the order point waiting and totally ignored by 2 members of the team.

Cosy place, nice staff and open kitchen. You see how they prepare the food and grill the chicken. Order at the desk, choose what you like, pay directly and await your meal. Free tap water and unlimited different sauces available. Food was tastefully (you taste the grill) and portions where okey, that could have been slightly bigger.

Went there with a group of 4. We were seated immediately. Myself and another waited a couple of minutes to order our food, and our food arrived 30 minutes after ordering which is pathetic for Nandos in my opinion. It seemed as if they were doing a staff change which did not go over smoothly. Food was left on the hot plate for 10-15 minutes which was shocking to all. It seemed staff were more focused on clearing tables than serving food. Food still arrived hot, surprisingly, and very good as always. Would be hesitant to come back because of the poor service.
