Really good fish and chips. They also do deliveries.

Decent chip shop. A little slow on completing my order, compared to other places, but the food was nice and staff friendly.

Marvellous, wonderful, superb, first-class, first-rate, admirable, fine, splendid. These are just a few of the words to describe Haydn Jones, the star of the show at Nico’s Chippy. A man of the match performance from him last night. Quiet possible the best donner ever assembled. As if Jesus Christ himself had donned the sauce bottles and tongs. Give Haydn Jones a raise. Put him in charge of the place!Would also like to recommend a name change to Nico’s mega chippy. Think it would bring in some big crowds.

The cleanest chip shop I’ve seen in years. We went in today for a mixture of fish and chips and different kebab options for a couple of fussy kids. Separate salads, different sauce combos etc. All done with a smile. The food was top quality and very well presented. Having tried lots of shops in the Solihull area, I will certainly say Nicos is one of the best.

Had a mixed meat kebab with salad which was absolutely divine. My family enjoyed cod & chips which they said is the best they've had in a long time. Grat value for money, with great customer service.

Just moved from Blackpool. Daughter took me to Nico's.Amazing food.Friendly and polite staff. My new go to place. If your in this area, try this chippy. You won't be disappointed.

Unfortunately wait was longer than originally informed for my order.Even thou customer's who came after got served quicker!!! Who knows the runnings of a chip shop!!Still enjoyed our fish n chips eventually when we got it 👍

So we have ordered from here a good few times. We have had 2 times where the order has arrived luke warm / damaged out of over 10 orders which we have sorted out over just eat. Now they won't accept our orders because they can't face the fact there was issues with the food. I didn't complain the 10 plus times the driver was always late ..... very rude people that seems to have a problem. if you want to loose customers that's up to you. Very immature. So we will tell our friends and family not to order!! Because if you have problems they go funny about you sorting it out....... #Customer_is_always_right!!!!Reply....Do not reply on a review. I have the rights to my own opinion and for ur information we have 2 accounts one each which is allowed! We haven't done anything wrong we are only stating facts which you can't handle hearing. Iv never knew anything like it. You don't know how the food comes when it leaves your restaurant. Your just showing on your reply how rude you can actually be. I have nothing but respect for people and yes we do like your food but we had problems twice! Why not fix it and move on but no you carry it on. Let me have my opinion like everyone else has there's. thankyou

What a find! Highly recommended this take away. There is a very friendly welcome coupled with excellent service at this kebab and fish bar. The food is very tasty, of very good quality, not greasy and excellent value for money. Taken over by a lovely family less than a year ago, despite many difficulties, including Covid-19, they are still working very hard, determined to make this business a success. Thank you for the very tasty kebabs during our stay in Solihull. We wish you great success. Very, very satisfied customers.
