Papa Johns in Solihull

I ordered £40 worth of pizza for me and my mates after I day of no food after I was at a festival, I ordered it at 23:30 and was waiting over 3 hours after being told the food was coming but would be late. It never came, it said on the app the food had been delivered but it hadn’t. I tried to contact the restaurant over 15 times but everytime it would just tell me user busy. I was extremely disappointed that I’ve recieved no refund, no contact and no pizza.

took over an hour to come and could not get through once. After all that, the website said it had been delivered but no pizza had shown up whilst the website said enjoy, expecting a full refund for my order that didn’t turn up.

Shocking customer service. After messing up the whole order they just passed the blame to over to someone who had finished shift and wasn't even there anymore rather than lool to resolve the issue in hand. Won't be using them again. Cow boys giving papa John's a bad name. All they want is money and not bothered about the customer service

Has to be a 1 star, paid extra for stuffed crust and got no cheese in the crust at all. How can you get that wrong?

Purchased 5 large pizzas told me 20minutes over the phone order has been 45minutes!!!! If you are busy get more delivery drivers!!!!!!!!!

VEGANS please check your food before leaving.Extremely disappointed. Usually they are spot on but on the 10/02/2022 I noticed there was a new worker there. I ordered a vegan pizza and sides online, on returning home (15 minutes away) realised neither were vegan, I returned to the store with my order and the staff really didn’t have a clue what they’re doing, they clearly did not take any notice of the order as the modifications were missed out too. I was offered a free bottle of pop and to have my pizza remade, it was 11pm and I just wanted some food. A regular staff member popped in to drop off some keys whilst I was in store, have never had a problem with his service. Please train your staff correctly as this could have been a very costly mistake for anyone with allergies.

Very disappointing, food arrived late and having ordered a bbq chicken pizza parts of the pizza were covered in some very hot spices with someone who has allergies this very apauling as messing around with people's food and adding toppings to or sauces when the person ordering it is completely unaware trusting you are providing them with their genuine order. Calling restaurant back got answered by a man half listening and half talking in another language so I didn't even bother I have now gone directly to Papa John's customer service our food ended up in the bin as we could not eat this. Highly would not recommend and as for the tracker told us food was delivered which it wasn't and didn't arrive till around 15 minutes after the tracker said it had. Overall 0/10.

Kings Heath branch can learn a lot from this branch. I thought I had swore on Papa Johns completely. Pizza was hot, tasty and flavoursome.I timed how long it would take from order to delivery. Expecting 1hr waiting. Pleasantly surprised with it being delivered within 25mins. Excellent, keep it up lads

First time I have ever tried these guys, normally go for a dominoes but I don’t think I’ll go back to them. For a very rare meal, these pizzas tasted really good. They weren’t piping hot but they weren’t cold either. The base was gorgeous, not oily, toppings could have been topped up a bit more.Overall tasty.

Amazing Pizza! Friendly Staff, Super Quick Delivery! Highly recommended!
