Pizza Express in Solihull

A good place, clean and welcoming. I recommend the pesto dough balls and the devil's pizza, very flavoursome. But what made it really nice was the attentive staff, always helpful and smart. They were the ones that made all the difference.

I've just visited this restaurant. All of the tables have very small glasses and brightly coloured sheets of paper on them, I thought we were in the childrens section at first but then noticed all the tables were the same, it was like being in a childrens wacky warehouse. The pizza was over priced at £13.99 each and so thin they were a soggy mess, with very few toppings. To make matters worse I tried to pay the bill with a gift card that had their logo on it and they refused to take it, leaving me to pay whole over priced bill for food and surroundings I didn't enjoy.

I don't personally like pizza express but i took my Mrs as she loves pizza margherita

Very quick on pick up takeaway order, gave me somewhere nice to sit. Ingredients were great and pizza tasted gourmet and delicious. Highly recommend for posh(ish) pizza.

Just ordered from deliveroo.. Pesto Pasta for £12 (£ 15 altogether with delivery charges) . Too small a serving for £15 hardly size of the starter leaving me still very hungry .. pasta burnt and stick to the bottom and the sides, pesto and cheese sauce lateralised to one side; so when you start to eat from the other side tasted totally bland, chicken used miserly, 1 or 2 bits.. very disappointed. I have had it in restaurant before last year when I remember it to be much better... Quality if food and packaging and Quantity both gonedown. Drastically

Slow service was the letdown in this restaurant. There were not many covers and a table was served before me despite coming in afterwards. The team need to work on being more efficient. They also ran out of ice. Other than that the food was the quality you would expect from Pizza Express.

Not my kind of pizza, better suited for Italian style pizza lovers, drinks were amazing, pasta was tasty than expected, seating area is nice, good atmosphere, service wasn't the best..👍🏻

The food and staff were excellent. Always good to have vegan and plant based alternatives on the menu. Our server was particularly attentive. The Calzone was perfectly cooked and tasted great. Another 1st class experience at Pizza Express. 👍

We went to this restaurant a little after lunch time so it was quiet. We were attended to quickly and food was tasty and prompt. I actually asked for a pizza they used to do that was no longer on their menu and with a quick check with the chef to confirm ingredients I got exactly what I asked for.They missed out on 5 stars for two reasons: First was because weren't actually asked at any point if the food was OK until the end of the meal. Perhaps this was because we were one of only two occupied tables in there so the staff were doing other things.Secondly, the coke I ordered was £2.30 and was a glass bottle of coke zero that appeared to contain either equal to or just less than an 80p can does, that is I'm afraid a total rip off.Was kindly prompted by a member of staff if I had a discount voucher or code (I didn't but was able to quickly aquire one online which she happily used). This did impress me as there was no reason for her to do this but it saved us nearly a tenner, so thank you.Overall a good experience, just watch out for the soft drink prices and if you have a problem with the food you might have to raise your hand.

Great service and food. Although the branch appeared short staffed during lunch time staff did well to manage the amount of customers. Did was prepared quickly and full of flavour. Can't knock their dough balls 👌🏽
