Starbucks in Solihull

Unclean . Cobwebs on the stair case, stairs very dirty and window cills were also very dusty. Needs a good scrub

Food and drink was as standard, but the cleanliness wasn't very good with a lot of tables holding dirty cups and plates from before we arrived until after we had gone.

I’ve gotten this drink a few times before at a different Starbucks, the brown sugar oat shaken espresso, one this time I have gotten it and it was disgusting this time the employees were in their phone aswell

Very slow service! It’s always the case at this bucks!. The turnover of staff seems to be affecting the quality of coffee here or maybe it’s too busy and they are just rushing to get orders out but of course the quality needs to be on par with other Starbucks and it’s just appalling here!Two weeks in a row I had the same drink the last time I went back and returned the drinks as the drink was overly milky. Second time the iced latte was too bad too much coffee and not enough milk and for some odd reason extra shots of syrup very strange! Won’t be going back here unfortunately! Starbucks here is a tip check yours staff skills for making drinks the quality is 1/10 here!

Absolute dump. Everything was Filthy! Dirty windows, floor hasn't seen a mop in months. This cofffe shop needs shutting down and given a good deep clean. Plenty staff so no excuse. Why stand and chat when you know the place is disgustingly dirty. When you charge so much you can at least afford to hire a window cleaner once a month.

Always a popular spot on the corner of touchwood. Service always a little slow, always having to wait. Now they're doing their bit for sustainability and charging 5p for a cup...so you purchase one of there over priced trendy refill cups.

Coffee is good but I will take mine to go from now on. Everytime I have visited here the tables upstairs were very sticky and not at all clean. I sat upstairs for around an hour on several occasions and have never seen anyone wiping down tables or chairs which I think would make a huge difference. It's also a bit bare upstairs and would be nice to have maybe some plants or more homely touches.

Very slow customer service, always takes ages to order and receive drinks & staff need more training on how to make drinks, very poor quality of coffee making! Always regret buying a coffee from here and end up chucking it away! Lesson learned avoid next time!

Unclean horrible place flies all over the cakes and mould. Starbucks itself is a flop and the coffee trend is going. There's better more better quality coffee cheaper from your local community coffee shops. We should support these small businesses and not this one. Starbuck policy now that there are established and have millions is f#×# everyone customer/staff.If you people are real coffee lovers you will know that their quality of coffee beans is rubbish, they don't support local trade they don't pay for fair coffee beans.Good staff members have also left.
