Went to TGI Solihull for lunch with my friend andThe god was good and the waiter was polite but the service was awfulThere were only 3 tables in use and the waiter and rushing us soooo muchBefore we finished our Meal he was asking to clear out plates and my friend said she’s still eating my plate was still half fullThen he attempted to take away our side ordersWe kept reminding him I’m still eatingMy glass was still half full with wineThen he came back a few seconds after taking our plates and saidAre you ready to pay , I was still drinking my wineI thought can we not just finish our meal properly.Anyway we agreed for the billWe hadn’t time to workout the bill between usHe was back‘ are you ready to Pay’We paid abs leftI don’t think we were there an hourWe were so rushedI wouldn’t go backAnd I didn’t leave a tip because of the way we c were rushedOnly 3 tables were in useVery quiet in thereI think he needs properly trained in customer service. He was polite but we did not have a good relaxing lunch

Terrible service - food not as described on menu. Soft tacos with only half of the fillings stated. 1 of our party ordered vegan fajitas…. Tried to get told they came with lettuce and not wrap - reason was the wraps were not vegan - but the vegan soft tacos were the wraps!Do not recommend this place at all. Apology was just for formality reasons and not genuine.

Slow service, mediocre food all for a hefty price tag. There are much better places to eat from for the money they charge.Ok to follow up so you can improve your service.1. Table was booked for 6 o clock. Was left waiting at the bar till 6.25 when the table was eventually ready. Only to be told we need to leave the table at 8 o clock.2. Starters came out about an hour later after ordering. To be fair these were very nice!3. Gave a waiter 2 glasses for coke refill and they were never to be seen again. I had to go the bar to explain what had happened and get some more glasses.4. Main course came out around 8 o clock and the steaks looked like they had been sat under a heat lamp for ages because they were all dry on top. Chips were cold. And one meal came out about 5 minutes after the rest. And the portions are by no means larger than anywhere else. We eventually got out of there just before 9 o clock. So 3 hours in total for a starter and main course.I hope that clarifies my experience for you and it gives tgi Fridays some good feedback from a paying customer.

Poor Service. Long wait on food. Tables, seating , even menus sticky and in a disgusting state. Restuarant 25% occupied when i visited on the 6/2/22. Left to go and enquire at bar for a table, which was told be 40 mins wait even though the place had 75%-80% tables available. Wont be visiting again. Felt like they was paying us to eat there rather than other way around. Level of service surely nowhere where it should be. Food was okay when served after a hour of being seated. The place needs a good clean.

Special lunch and catch up with close friend back from Australia. It had been ages! Great food, patient and lovely waitress! Could nt be better.

Very disappointing.Loaded potato skins? Nope some very dry things that looked like they used to be potatoes with a tiny bit of dried up meat on top.I had some sort of gravy burger which tasted sour due to some odd onions at the bottom.I got carried away and ordered a double g&t and that was £14.75!! Terrible value for money, mediocre food at best. The saving grace was the staff who were lovely, but too few. We ordered more drinks after out starters and didn't get them until after our mains. Awful wait times and actually ruined our evening quite a bit.I would not return.

Went for my partners 40th . Was fantastic. The server could not go our of her way anymore. Honestly best customer service ever. She actually took the time to speak to the children and make sure everything they wanted and didn't want on there food was correct. Working in hospitality myself she is a credit to the place. Thank you x

Came in on Tuesday afternoon, got shown to a table by a wonderful girl called “Sophie” with an “L” possibly, she was wonderful and attentive, while waiting for food she bought us over balloon flowers (which we adored) she is an asset to your business - food was lovely btw! I went here last night for the first time and I cannot recommend it enough!! Food was served fast and cooked to perfection!! The staff were exceptional especially Amy M, she was so empathetic towards my toothache and made sure my drinks were without ice, the atmosphere was electric and I felt like it was a really trendy place to be!! Loved it si much we're coming back tonight!!
