Took ages to check in, because the computer wasn't working correctly. Then the following day the key card stopped working and to wait ages at reception to get it fixed. Then the airconditioning wasn't working when I got to my room. The next day it stopped working again

The staff were exceptionally helpful and very pleasant, they're a credit to Premier Inn

Stayed here for 4 weeks whilst on a course. Staff were very friendly and helpful and there when you needed them.Menu has good selection, and nice choice of drinks.Rooms are decent size with comfy bed, only problem is windows are sealed.Overall a good stay, 👍

The room was lovely and clean in Solihull Premier Inn and very comfortable, but the breakfast was barely edible and had pieces of glass in! Not realising they were in the food i crunched down on 2 pieces with my teeth and swallowed thinking it was just large bits of sea salt which was horrible. After this, I then found a larger piece of the glass on my plate in the food. The staff weren’t very apologetic considering I had just eaten glass but didn’t make us pay for breakfast. I feel traumatised and violated after this experience and will be taking this further. The food itself was absolutely disgusting and tasted barely edible. I wouldn’t even given it a 1 star, but I don’t have the option of leaving a 1 star review here. Please avoid the Premier Inn food at all costs!!!

Staff really pleasant and helpful. Good breakfast. All that you would expect from a Premier Inn. Happy with our 2 night stay.

Not a bad hotel. You can check in and out without seeing anyone which im not sure is a good or bad thing.Bed was ok. Wanted a night light on but they are all too brightNice batheroom.Only 55 per night so 4 stars for the price

Stayed for one night and the following day the hotel attempted to charge my bank card £100! The payment failed and then after a few minutes again they attempt to charge my card £95! NEVER USING THIS PLACE AGAIN!

Very friendly staff. Bathroom needed another sweep as part of a razor was still there Late for work on my second morning as the battery went on the door to the corridor and the staff didn't know how to fix it

A very nice and fairly modern Premier Inn with a good location in Solihull. I couldn't fault the room but only a few minor issues during my stay. The fire alarm sounded 3 times after 22:30 on one night which woke me up and kept me awake all night, only one colleague was at reception trying to stop the alarm at the same time as dealing with the agitated guests.I was on the 2nd floor and I could hear guests stomping around in the room above me on the 3rd floor, thankfully they didn't do this late at night otherwise it would be loud enough to wake you up. In addition, you can hear police sirens and other town noise through the window but I didn't think it was too loud. Also, I had issue with the WiFi, both the free and "Ultimate" in my hotel room kept disconnecting randomly a minute or so after joining. I decided to pay for this because o2 signal is not very good in the area, you'd be lucky to get 3G. Because I'd paid for the WiFi online, the reception were unable to help and I had to struggle with poor internet connection during my stay.
