Balti Hut in South Staffordshire

Ordered madras curry, waited over 1 hour for delivery, putting curry on plate most of it ran off the plate, 4 little pieces of chicken in the whole dish, sub standard to say the least, phoned to complain ! They said we have been busy tonight, so if there so called busy ! Best not to place a order because you will get a container full of sauce, not the curry dish you ordered, sub standard at best ! I will not be ordering from them again.

Very friendly staff, lovely food and consistently so. Tucked away, you can easily miss this restaurant.

Bought 2 'Byriani' and 1 garlic nan tonight,Where do I start, bland garlic nan didnt taste of garlic at all tiny as anything, big portions on the byrani however I prefer quality over quantity. Very disappointed as its my first time ordering from there. Very blan no spices, sauce isn't enough to go with rice. I call up to ask why my byriani wasn't spicy... he just said you have to ask however I made a phone order and paid over the phone. They never asked me for an option for this , man was very rude on the phone and didn't try solve anything so I shoved the phone down worst £19 spent of my life best of at yew tree can't beat it! Never again first and last time ordering from there again

We travel from Penn to come to this restaurant as they are the best in the area. Nothing is ever too much for the staff, the food is out of this world and we visit here at least twice a month maybe more. The food tastes beautiful every single time and the staff are very friendly.

Ordered a chicken tikka balti.... didn't look like tikka.Keenan bread had hardly any meat in it.Charged me for another chicken balti when I only asked for one. Didnt realised untill I got bk home and looked in bag.

Had a takeaway delivered lastnight.Ordered and paid online, was simple.butWe had 2 tikka bhuna 2 different rices, poppadoms, naan, salad and dip.The food was piping hot, totally delicious, well presented and generous portions.Wonderful, thank you very much, will be ordering again.Oh and delivered within 35 mins of ordering.Very happy

A* serviceI ordered a lamb korma, 2 naan breads, a pilua rice and its probably the best Balti i have ever had. The service was great from staff and the delivery man was also very friendly.I would highly recommend this Balti to anyoneThank you for such a great service as i havent had this good of a service for a long time :)

Excellent food. Polite and friendly service. Being able to take own drinks a bonus. Would definitely eat there again, in fact having takeaway tonight.
