Lovely tearoom. Had tea and scone and the scones were delicious topped with sugar and were larger than normal which was great to see. All served on real china. Well worth a visit!

Lovely lunch today at Cyril's Tearoom. The sandwiches were huge and the banana milkshake was lovely. We were too full up for cakes but will definitely pop back soon to try them as they looked delicious.

We had been in the garden center and decided to have a drink, lovely tearoom with quirky decor. We had lattes and toasted teacakes, very nice. Friendly staff and great service. Next time we will be back for the breakfast

Breakfast was great, all cooked well & tasty but a little expensive for what it was. Over ÂŁ10 each for 1 x sausage, 1 x slice of bacon, 1 x egg, 1 x tomato from a tin, mushrooms, beans & toast but to be fair, it did include a drink. If it was around the ÂŁ8 mark I would come back but there are much better breakfasts for the price out there. Not keen on the decor, rather than quirky it just felt a bit dated & mis-matched. Not my cup of tea but food was lovely & the cakes looked delicious. I bet they do a fab afternoon tea.

My friend and I visited Sunday 1st was my first time . It looked really nice place. I was was . absolutely shocked we ordered cheese on toast, bacon and egg bap and tea for 1 . Staff was very slow. Then my friend was charged ÂŁ24.75. My friend was very upset as she took me as a surprise for my Birthday.

Cyrils is always the best place to eat. Clare is just the best chef. Thank you today to Tom Hannah and Lily. Our breakfast was delicious as ever. Thank you for being so friendly efficient and entertaining. We love you all. Everyone should eat at Cyrils.

Visited today for the first time. Drive past quite alot & decided to finally pop in.Glad I did - what a gem.Very friendly welcome, sausage & tom sandwich was totally amazing on doorstep bread.Interior is so interesting with vintage lamp shades on the ceiling, a grandfather clock & lovely 50s/60s music playing. So relaxed.Cannot wait to return. Just wish it was located closer to Tamworth.

My friend Hilary and I are regular visitors to Cyril’s usually for their top notch breakfasts and a proper pot of tea, but seeing as their Festive Afternoon Tea and Sharing Platter had been added to the menu, we thought it would be rude not to partake. We had the sharing platter which was made up of plentiful amounts of Turkey, stuffing and cranberry sauce sandwiches, prawn cocktail, sausage rolls, pork pie, scotch eggs, and we had sultana scones with jam and clotted cream, instead of a cheese scone, plus a couple of big pots of tea. It was all as usual freshly made, totally yummy and served by a really friendly young lady…I should have asked her name, sorry. If you’re in the area and in need of some sustainance, wether it be breakfast, lunch or or just tea and cake pay Cyril’s a visit…you will not be disappointed..
