KFC in South Staffordshire

Don't have this treat very 9ften since they got rid of proper chips but we did enjoy the boneless bucket was hot, only tiny issue was they had no large sides so just stuck 2 small of each 1 which when your having 5 sides that's 10 little pots everywhere

It was OK only 2nd time I have been in one and just got to travelodge so it was easier than looking elsewhere, food is OK, staff lovely but omg some lowlife kicking off in there because they wouldn't be told that vaping is not allowed so they decided to upset the family of a little girl having a birthday tea in there , what idiots

Food was ok but the eating area never looks 100% clean (we've been several times before and it's nearly always the same). Floor felt slightly sticky underfoot and they leave previous customers rubbish on top of the inside bins. They really ought to have someone constantly clearing and cleaning.

Without doubt the worst meal I've eaten,totally bland,the fries were dehydrated & burnt,the chicken was absolutely awful.I'd been warned about this branch and I ignored it at my peril.The uncaring member of staff had customer service skills unlike I've ever encountered,not bothered,no please or thanks,no conversation just "here's ya food."There's far better food outlets in the town,and I'd rather give them my money in future.

Can be very hit and miss here, sometimes it's great and everything you know and love about grabbing a KFC. Then you go next time and your order is either missing items or not very hot/fresh (Not hot enough to survive a short car journey home if using the drive-thru) my recommendation is eat in.The staff, while friendly and obviously doing their best, don't seem to last long there you always see new faces like it's a revolving door there (sign of what it's like to work there)Overall if you're in Stafford and craving a KFC then come here but eat in, or if you can, go to the Cannock one as its always been better in my opinion.

Probably one of the worst KFCs about - we’ve been multiple times now and nothing but terrible service! We either don’t get what we’ve ordered, it’s cold or the service is appalling! We pulled round the drive thru and we waited 20 mins and no one spoke to us on the speaker, we then pulled round to the window to still no one talking to us. We then whitenesd your staff having an argument , honestly appalling!

Went here today. The first thing i noticed was a rack of over cooked chips sat waiting for the next customer. I was the only one and waited far too long to be noticed before someone ran out to rush my order through. When my burger finally arrived it sat waiting infront of me with nobody to pass it from the racking. The girl that put it there could clearly see me waiting. When someone finally turned up they grabbed my burger, paired it with the chips that had been there the whole time and ran off before I could ask for ketchup. I had about 9 very brown, dry chips and a burger lacking enough mayo. Thank god i ordered a Pepsi, because without, I'd have choked

Good food - calm atmosphere and friendly staff! Lights very easy on the eyes [not too bright, not too dim], and place was not too busy. Just your average KFC.Pretty much all the walkways wide enough for me to navigate easily with my crutches, which was very nice to see.Tablets where you can order food, however, were very laggy to the point of near-unusability. It was incredibly easy to misclick and the layout was not the most intuitive to use. Genuinely quite frustrating experience.Everything else though, exactly as you'd expect, and lighting was ideal.

This is apparently a zinger tower meal .....Upon ringing to make a complaint we were only offered a voucher for our next visit !Made to travel back to the store for a replacement burger (with the original as proof).Terrible service , spend your money elsewhere.

We started going through the drive through but displays were not very helpful with options of choice. Went inside to order, but then felt very rushed to make a decision on what I wanted.Having never had a KFC before I wasn't impressed by the welcoming of the staff, the drink wasn't given as ordered and apart from the Corn on the cob, the rest of the food was lukewarm. Not a good first impression.
