Over priced for meal mix meat tastes over cooked and fish and look like cone of chips instead of regular chips we could a nice meal out at the turf in Norton canes

Shocking really!About 12 chips in a small portion of chips!Mint yogurt ‘HOME MADE’ basically vinegar and mint! Cold saveloy. Drove down to cardinal chip shop for a customer in there to tell me that everyone gets food positioning from this Huntington chippy! Never again

Food used to be amazing here I'm not sure if it's under new management but it's gone down hill I had fish it was tastless and watery... thought it was a one off but been back twice and food is not good now, Shame used to be a great chippy

Don’t buy. Food from here I’m to exhausted to go into it.. night ruined after picking food up after 1.5 hours having the same food given to us

Cannot comment on food to be honest. We ordered at 6.30 for a delivery at 7.30 ish. It did not arrive until way after 9pm, by which time we had eaten, as we could not get in touch to ask if it was still going to be delivered. This was through Just Eat and payment was still taken for food. Absolutely fuming... they had my number and email. Rediculous service, will not go back. Very unhappy. It would be nice to have a refund, as I did get a confirmation of delivery the changed from 7.30 to 7.50....but nothing after that.

What a joke!I’ve used this outlet before albeit over a year ago. I was impressed with the food but always had an issue with their service.I ordered some food at 6pm to be initially told Delivery was 40 mins. This was immediately put back to 7.30pm once my order had been confirmed and paid for.9.30pm had come and gone and still no food. I had no call or update from the shop. The telephone numbers listed for the company on line are incorrect so I was unable to vent my frustration with anyone. Needless to say this is the last time I will order food from here. As it stands I am still awaiting some kind of acknowledgment and/or refund. Will keep you posted.

Food is okay. The delivery service however, is terrible! I ordered my food at 5:30 and it is now almost 8 o’clock and I still don’t have my food. The same thing happens every single time I order from here. It also looks like a lot of other people are having the same problem! Please sort this out.

I used to live here and their quality is spectacular. However, my recent visit was very disappointing.The food was dry and soggy and delivery was 45 mins later than Just Eat's recommended time. Between the text I got from Just Eat, it took 20 mins for the food to get here, but I know the journey was a 10 mins drive.If I visit again, I would opt for the fish and chips again as it usually excellent. However, I would not order the wings and mushrooms again, they were horrible.

If I could leave no stars, I would. Disgusting customer service. Cancelled my order through just eat. Decided to order directly through the Littleton Fryer website, took over 2 hours to inform us that that order was also cancelled!!! Unacceptable. Food from here really is amazing, but no longer willing to accept the lack of customer service. Tried to call the restaurant over 60 times, no response. Will no longer even try to order from this place

Absolutely love the calzones from here! They are always spot on, battered chips are great too. Delivery orders Arnt always red hot when they get too us but when I've collected the food is face burning hot when I get home. Would recommend.
