Highly recommend the boat, we had a meal here this week, the steaks were cooked to perfection and so juicy. The staff were so lovely and welcoming to us. You’ve gained our new custom, really happy with our visit. My sister was really impressed with how patient the staff were with her as she struggles to order.

Had amazing visit to The Boat Inn this week. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive even when the pub was very busy. The food was amazing and they had a good selection of beers. My husband especially liked the Black sheep and it’s nice to find it being sold here again. Our steaks were amazing and I will definitely be visiting again.

Its the first time we've eaten here for a couple of years the pubs had a bit of a make over and there was a good choice of food on the new menu,the food came nice and quickly it was hot and tasty.We will differently be visiting again

Two real ales on tap. This is a very good local pub with friendly staff and a good menu which is part ( I'm only assuming from the menu) of a chain /franchise.

Tried this pub today for first time. Landlord and staff really friendly and welcoming. Good, varied, reasonably priced menu and food was very good. Will definitely visit again.

Had a few beers with my sister and her husband. Pleasant staff. Had a relaxing time. Went again on saturday for a birthday meal. Very disappointing we ordered 2 steaks 1 medium. 1 medium rare when we finally got them they were both well done. Let the waitress know and all she said was I'll tell him this was the 27/11/21. Nay have a drink in there again but not any food

Excellent food. Made us and our dog welcome. Brodie loved all of the attention she got. I will now go so far as to say that the 16oz rump steak I had was the best I've ever had when eating out. It was perfect. I've had it twice and my husband has had it once. Mom and Dad went a couple of days ago. Mom had the vegetarian Wellington. She loved it.

Great pub! Fantastic quality meat and lovely service, very welcoming to 3 tired canal boaters. Alex and co have done a fab job - we came back twice in 3 days.
