The Fox at Shipley in South Staffordshire

Lovely pub. Staff was friendly. Food was delicious. Husband had the curry and I had the something chicken melt. The sauce on this was to die for. Credit to the chief. On both meals. Definitely be going back 4 half *

Stunning food cooked to perfection. Could not have asked for better had the mixed grill and wow perfect portion. Really cant wait to go back. The staff was also friendly and welcoming 100% RECOMMENDED

Wow. Brilliant place to eat that welcomes dogs to. We were 4 adults and 3 dogs. The food and service was amazing and the prices are so good. Absolutely fabulous evening. Friendly warm staff. I'm definitely going back for more.

My wife and a friend had a great lunch at the Fox earlier this week. The service and staff were excellent and the food even better. Both had a very enjoyable time with lots of attention from the friendly staff. Great value too.

The food was delicious I have a steak with some lovely chips and pees and a onion ring witch was really nice I also had a brownie Sunday and it was amazing so so tasty and the staff were so so nice .

Been eating here on and off for 3 years now and am yet to have a bad meal.The staff are all helpful and friendly and the pub itself is warm and welcoming with lovely beer garden/play area.The two for one deals are a complete bargin especially with the Sunday lunch menu.Highly recommended.

Have been here a few times and each time is just a lovely enjoyable time. The staff are lovely and friendly, the food is delicious and piping hot and there is a lovely calming atmosphere. Highly recommend a visit here you won't be disappointed. Will be going again soon . Well done to everyone who is involved in the fox as you are doing a fantastic job x

Dog friendly pub with a nice and warm atmosphere. The waitresses immediately offered the dog water and answered and queries and the overall service was fantastic. I ordered the lamb shank Sunday roast and it was brilliant, I would have ordered another if I wasn't so full! The prices are a bit steeper than other places BUT they more than make up for this by making almost every meal 2 for 1, so if you're in a party of people it actually comes out cheaper! We had a really great time there and I'll definitely be going again.

Great food, lovely gin. Great company!! Food came quick and hot. Staff very helpful, polite, friendly and approachable.
