The Hollybush Coffee Shop / Restaurant in South Staffordshire

The food was quite nice but my burger was missing the lettuce. What really let it down was the middling customer service, felt more like an inconvenience than a customer.

Ordered roast ,it came and it was freezing cold ,when I took it back I didn't get a replacement I got mine microwaved , they took the meat off obviously as that was still cold

Love popping in for lunch or tea & cake. Always so much choice. Usually a fast enough service not to wait too long being bored. Clean & friendly

Enjoyed plant shopping then ended this with lovely breakfast. Friendly staff clean environment very spacious will definatvisit again

4oz burger for my husband. Really small My gammon with pineapple was beautifull

This place serves lovely meals , the only down side is the restaurant staff don't offer to much customer service, today there were 4 of us , we all had drinks , & a while later we ordered food , only for the staff to squeeze our food onto our table & left all the cups tea pots etc , never offered to remove them so we could eat without being cluttered & this is not the first time this has happened , food is good though, but not the service , rwally dissapointed 😒

My last visit to the Holy bush (Sumup) restaurant was 2020!What a difference 2 years makes!Saturday 29th January will be my last visit.Prices have rocketed beyond realistic risesWe bought the same food as 2020 and we paid£12 more!!!Looking at the receipt I noticed a can of Coke was £1.95!!! DisgraceHot chocolate£4.00 unjustifiableWe appreciate prices have risen but extortion we will not take part inNo wonder it was not full at lunch time!Never again

Went for afternoon tea as a Christmas treat.What a lovely experience!Plenty to eat and well looked after!(There's so much food don't forget to take the rest home with you!)Try it, l really, really liked it!

Really nice coffee shop,excellent breakfast which was very good value for money. I paid £7.95 plus unlimited refills on the teas.

Had a really lovely afternoon tea here today. Service was first rate from the very friendly team. Can't fault the food or the amount of it and they provided containers to take home what we couldn't eat. Good value for money as well 😊
