The Wrottesley Arms in South Staffordshire

A large and lively, though fairly average, estate pub offering all the usual drink selections you would expect from any pub, plus a few more.Unfortunately, the condition of their real ales are inconsistent, my first pint was barely drinkable and to be honest, I probably should have taken it back to be changed, the second pint, which I reluctantly stayed for, was from another cask and was more enjoyable.(My recommendation would be for the pub to reduce the number of cask ales on offer, if they can't sell them quick enough, as in my personal opinion, no beer is better than a bad beer)An extensive food menu is also available, and although I didn't order a meal on this occasion, the meals I saw being eaten by others, looked to be well presented, and a good value.

The pub is incredibly friendly and accommodating and Caroline always welcomes us and remembers us. The pub deserves 5 stars. The new menu unfortunately doesn’t have any none spicy vegan options anymore so it would be great if they could bring back the vegan burger or the vegan lasagne.

Absolutely wonderful pub to visit if you are living or commuting to Perton. The food was amazing and the surrounding area is great for kids in a quiet area. We were served by a wonderful gentleman by the name Keith, who went out of his way to make the experience even better. Highly recommended 👍

Lovely setting and comfortable seating areas. The food was delicious and we will definitely be back. I lived in Perton over 14 Years ago and am back for a visit for a few days. Definitely recommen

A fantastic place to be, they put a spread on yesterday for a family members birthday, lovely food , lots of choices to pick from, staff was very welcoming and friendly. Would recommend to anyone to come and visit this pub..

What a lovely place with lovely staff. We were booked in for Christmas Dinner at a different pub who unfortunately had to cancel a week before! The wrottesley Arms got in touch and said they could accommodate 13 of us. The manager was amazing! She welcomed us, gave us wine on the table and even the kids got a gift. The food was beautiful. There was no wait and we were never rushed like some places do on Christmas day. The staff were so friendly and great with the kids. We have been out for Christmas Dinner many times but this has definitely been the best.We will be booking early for next year!

Tara, gave me a call on my mobile and advised of a possible shortfall on the Christmas order all in good time before our visit, then a few minutes later I had another call letting me know the delivery had arrived, as a retailer myself this is customer care above and beyond the expected given the current climate with covid. We had a great time and the service was fantastic with our every request granted our party was one to remember.

12 of us were booked for Christmas lunch at the milestone. When it closed very close to Christmas, the landlady at the Wrottesley rang me and offered me 12 places with them.It was further away than we had hoped to travel, but well worth it.Neela and her staff were lovely. Nothing was too much trouble and everything done with a smile. Food was great and plentiful. We were even given 2 complimentary bottles of wine because of having to change our plans.

I popped here with my cousin and her family a few days ago for a Christmas party for the kids. The pub itself was nice but there were no hot drinks available, which was a bit disappointing. Other than that it was a great party and all the kids enjoyed themselves.

Great atmosphere and friendly staff and management team. Food is always great and fresh when we come here. Overall a lovely pub and will definitely be returning 😊
