Village Coffee & deli in South Staffordshire

Avoid ordering for delivery, ordered twice from here now and both times was told a time my food would be delivered for yet an hour past this time and they still tell me its going to be another 30 mins, cancelled order both times, may aswell cook your own if you want delivery from here be a hell of alot faster

Absolutely awful customer service!! Always used and it’s always nice food now and again a few items have been missing but that’s no problem. Today ordered food for delivery and was told it would be 30/60 minutes as they’re quite busy. Nearly an hour and half later still no delivery so called up to see how long it’ll be to be told they can’t deliver it as the cafes too busy and that has to come first! Wow! Thanks for making us wait so long and not letting us know, also very very rude on the phone, won’t be using these ever again!!

Great food fresh and warm fab breakfast

Always pleasant staff, clean being small cafe would prefer masks to be worn. Food is excellent well cooked and hot.

Iv been using the village cafe for a few weeks now and you really get great value for money..the sandwiches are fantastic they are really fresh..the management really go out of their way to accommodate your needs for good food...they are always kind great customer service..I have ham salad and plenty of onion I'm sure they will know who I am now. 😁..please support their small businesses..they are really great and kind people...

Love this cafe so much been going here since I was a little girl my nan use 2 take me and its still as amazing now great food and a really good price i highly recommend 👌 👍
