Best Atlas Kebab in Stafford

After clarifying 3 separate times he still put the wrong sauce on the order. I asked for a nann and paid extra yet I got a pitta. For £7 this Is a joke.

Not sure what’s changed with atlas but the last couple of orders have either been wrong or had something missing ☹️ Ordered last night and after waiting an hour gave them a call to chase order. Was told it was 5 minutes away. ,another hour passed, still nothing so called to cancel . No explanation, ignorant staff , told to claim a refund on website. Such a shame used to be amazing service and lovely food. It’s really gone downhill in the last couple of months. Won’t be ordering again ☹️

Ordered from here last night.Asked for 2 combo kebabs and 2 pizzas... they sent 2 as requested, yet charged us by card for 3 kebabs, which was an additional £8!Told us last night that they had made a mistake and would send somebody around with the money. No one came!Rang today and they have called us liars and refused to pay it back..shouting down the phone at us! Such rude, aggressive, horrible staff!The food wasnt even good!Never ordering from here again! How many people a night do they steal off, I wonder?!

Ordered the chefs special kebab, which consists of doner, shish and chicken with pita, salad and chips. Both of us were blown away by the quality of everything.. so fresh and tasty. Won't go anywhere else now.

Shocking and not going back. We were charged an extra £8 for a kebab that we didnt order and we didn't even get. They said they wouldn't refund us as they had already cooked it.

Food was ok, cold in parts, service was disgraceful….from the person at the restaurant, who was arrogant and rude, to the driver, who again was beyond personable. We have ordered from this restaurant on a number of occasions and I am aware of what they are good at, but this level of service is despicable…..there are better places in Stafford to get a takeaway and I will be doing that going forward. Disappointing considering it’s all about manners and respect for customers putting through orders. Disgusting behaviour.

The best take away in Stafford, the kebab's are sublime and the salad is always fresh and crispy as it should be. Delivery time is quick too Can't fault the place

From 5 to 3. Since last years awesome value box gone up a quid not 30 40p so not value anymore. Kid who served me offers no sauce or salad so had to b told and like most fast foid outlets they conveniently forget to give u the drink u ordered lmfao having AGAIN to tell them. Fkin joke

If you order drinks and pay for them. Then send them Rubbish (Best🙄) Atlas kebab house. If I forgot to pay, you wouldn't hand over the food 😁 ps merry Christmas

Have ordered a few times now, and have always loved it. The food is always piping hot and meat is tasty.
