Lovely food, menu choice was really good, and some quirky presentations, nice setting service was good, felt abit rushed towards the end. Overall I would recommend,.

Lovely atmosphere, really good food, spotless clean. The prices were a bit on the high side but if everything is right, which it was, it’s worth it. My only comment, I had the Malai king prawns for main, they were delicious, I would make it clear how many prawns are included and offer more at a higher price, would definitely have ordered more, they were to die for. A great place, will definitely be back.

Visited on a Wednesday night .. Underwhelmed by the overall experience. Staff didn't appear to enjoy their jobs.and didnt want to engage with us at all.. First impressions are good but if you want to retain it you have to deliver this from start to finish.. advertising a new cocktail bar but this is closed when visiting. Also sign on the wall says opening soon.. mixed message. Food was OK.. small portions compared to competitors but the taste was good. We visited pre covid so a while since last visit.. For us the ambience is as important as the food but it just didn't do it for me.. sorry guys.. eye for detail crucial if you are trying to retain a premium curry restaurant.. a welcoming team and aim to please didn't come across.

Had a really great experience here on a Thursday evening. The staff were exemplary and very attentive making sure everything was up to scratch. The meal had us savoring every last bite. Will be back!

Absolutely amazing service, attentive staff and fabulous food provided us with a memorable night at Blanc. The menu and food along with the way it is presented is quirky and adds to the occasion. We would recommend this restaurant and will return.

The best curry I've ever had... the starters were flavoursome and presented beautifully. Great mocktails, kids loved them. Espresso Martini was spot on...I have one wherever I go and they got it right. Definitely recommend and will return!

Extremely disappointed with the service at this restaurant having been told good things in the past… the atmosphere created by the staff was negative from the moment my friend and I entered the restaurant. Having been looking forward to a lovely Indian with my friend the experience was completely ruined and cut short by the rudest members of staff I have ever come across. No customer service skills whatsoever we were made to feel unwelcome from the beginning with staff unable to find the booking and demanding my friend showed proof of deposit payment. Felt like they were trying to make life difficult. On sitting down at our table staff gave us barely 5 minutes to have a look through the menu. When we asked for a short time longer to browse the menu we had a member of staff march over to effectively say hurry up as you are on a time limit so straight away we felt like we couldn’t enjoy our time. When we then tried to order our food we were told we were only able to go off the £35 set menu despite my friend calling up to confirm that we had choice of anything off the menu. So we were to pay £35 even just to order a main meal. Clearly a money making scheme which I don’t think is necessary. You are demanding that every individual has 3 courses but you’re also putting them on a 1hour 45min stopwatch to order and eat those three courses - how is that an enjoyable experience? We had no apology for the confusion of being told we didn’t have to choose the set menu. Nothing but making us feel unwelcome. If the staff had explained nicely and apologised that we had been told wrong it would have been different but they were just rude. The way we were spoken to was completely out of order I have never known such rude staff and was completely in shock and still am now.We then had another member of staff come over to tell us that we were to order off the set menu or we could leave the restaurant. Absolutely disgusting. At this point I wasn’t going to stay and pay money for an awful experience where we felt completely unwelcome. We were then pretty much marched over to the bar to pay for our drinks and pretty much told to go. I will never be returning. I think the whole team need some lessons in customer service and should learn to smile because the attitude of the staff is out of order. I am still in shock 4 days later that these people think it is ok to speak to customers the way we were spoken to. Very very disappointed and I will not be recommending to friends and family.

Our experience here on Friday night wasn't the best, although I am thinking it was probably not representative. To maximise the occupancy it appears they have two sittings, one at 6.00pm the other at 8.15pm.Fair enough but this has its problems. The restaurant literally went from empty to almost full in 15 minutes. The wearing of face masks was virtually non existent by staff and customers alike. Our orders were taken promptly but judging by our meals I am of the opinion that the sudden influx put a lot of strain on the kitchen. Shortcuts may have been taken and the quality suffered. It's now the party season, our side of the dining room was extremely loud and the atmosphere was quite raucous - romantic it certainly wasn't. The Bangladeshi come Indian menu promises much however my Kadahi Kurchan's description seemed a little of an exaggeration. Generally I would guess that food is good but the wife's bhuna was too hot for her and also very oily. For some reason the kitchen was unable to add a little bit of spinach to the curry which was a first. Likewise there was no onion salad with the poppadoms. We mentioned our disappointment to the restaurant and to their credit they were very apologetic. Therefore they made a gesture of compensation that roughly equalled the cost of a poppadom! At least the evening finished off with a rather nice panna cotta dessert. It's a nice place and I guess the experience would be a different story on a different night.

Always a beautiful meal and nothing ever seems too much to ask. The food and service has always been outstanding wether we’ve gone just the 2 of us or in a much larger groupThank you, please keep doing what your doing as there’s not many places that do hospitality quite like you anymore ❤️
