Cheapest bacon and cheapest bread I've ever experienced.The average reviews are well earnt.

Had my dog sitting on my lap and a horrible member of staff told me “IT” needed to go on the floor in a horrible manner. What a way to speak about animals in a dog friendly cafe.

The service was fantastic, very polite and friendly staff and the food was delicious. Great place to eat.

Wanted a light lunch. After queuing for about 30 minutes I order a kid's meal and the till crashed. Takes minutes to come back up and they have to put the kids meal through again.I continue to order one ham and cheese sandwich and two cheese and tomato sandwiches only to be told there is no tomato, great I'll just have cheese then.After about a 10 minute wait three pitiful looking sandwiches arrive but no kids meal. We chase and get told we have to help ourselves to the drink and crisps. Nice to have been told at the till, they fetched the child sandwich.I get they are having a bad day with the till crashing (supposedly when they use a specific toaster). And the lady did apologise but I will not be rushing back here for food.

Love it here. We are frequent visitors as we are Trentham pass holders. The food is delicious and it's the best ice cream ever!! Staff all work hard. Highly recommend here for a lovely wind down time.

Called in today 7/3/22, after not being in for a while , and what an utter disappointment,The Flat White was awful, the bacon looked as if it had been under the heater for ages ,No one bothered to ask if all was OK,So I for one will not be back , this is such a shame as they are capable of much better than this .

Lovely place to stop. Coffee was amazing. Staff polite and helpful. Made sure we had everything we needed. Can’t recommend enough.

Excellent. One of the best barista made coffees I've had outside a specialist coffee shop. I had a flat white with my toasted Coronation Chicken sandwich. It was so good I had another to go. Can recommend.

Absolutely perfect place to stop for lunch. Staff are super friendly and helpful. When we placed the order they warned of a slight wait, which is much better than being left waiting with no information. Everything was brought to the table, with a smile and offer of bringing anything else we wanted. But the ice cream sundaes are brilliant. Too much choice, so we must visit again and again until we gave worked through them all.

Visited here for a refuel during our family shopping trip to Trentham Shopping Village today!My mum and I are allergic to dairy, so I called the cafe before we visited to ask if any dairy free drinks were available, and was informed which drinks were dairy-free friendly, which was very helpful (an allergen menu on their website would be even more helpful! So as I wouldn't need to bother then during what I appreciate to be a busy time).We were served by Becky, who was very friendly and helpful, and made sure that our order was just right (which drinks needed to be dairy-free, small or large drinks, etc, accepting our stamped loyalty card and giving us a new one). We were told that we could go and sit down and our drinks would be brought to our table for us. They took a little while but the staff were very apologetic for the wait (even though the store was packed they coped very well with all the orders) and our drinks were all perfect - lovely and warming and tasted absolutely delicious!Highly recommend this cafe, always service with a smile, we always have fantastic service here whether it is busy or quiet when we visit. Will be back in future!
