One of the best curries I have ever had in my life. The paneer starter is the best starter that has ever passed through my digestive system. The butter chicken was sensational and don't even get me started on the chicken tikka masala. If there is one thing to take away from this review... ORDER THE MUSHROOM RICE!!!!!

Wonderful warm welcome on arrival and very helpful staff. Hadn't booked but got a table for 3 with no problem. Very good food and service , fast , affordable and tasty. You will need to take your own alcohol as they don't have a licence.

Always have a great experience with Bengal Lounge, food always tasty and hot and delivery is very quick. We had the Dupiaza tonight with lots of sides and they were all amazing.

Amazing food, service and atmosphere. Not only that, they had loads of clearly displayed vegan options. Highly recommend!

I visited this restaurant when it was called The Curry Kuteer in 1986. It was my first time in any restaurant, anywhere, actually. I was a first year student at what was Staffordshire Polytechnic at the time. I was from a small town and I'd never dined out before. It was fantastic. But that was then. All the best, I just hope it is as good as it was.

Overall the food was excellent, everything about it was lovely. Although I thought i missed something on my order (I didn't actually put it on there in the end) they still sent food out as well as extra. Excellent service much appreciated <3

Visited after 19 years which was then the old Curry Kuteer, The Bengal Lounge has been serving for four years. We made a reservation online which was easy and booked for a Thursday evening. There are about eight tables and serves a wide variety of Indian and Bangladesh dishes. Be aware that the lounge is not licenced for alcohol but they do allow you to bring your own.The food was authentic and delicious and the service very attentive.
