Denry's Lounge in Stafford

Food was half an hour late, portion size tiny (when ordered a large) massive naan with next to no chicken, didn't have the salad in that was ordered and to top it off the driver was sent with no change so we ended up being essentially overcharged. How they can get away with charging £8 for a "large" kebab is beyond me. Avoid like the plague unless you're a fan of cremated chips that have been sat about for an hour and crave disappointment

This is by far the worst I have had from any kebab shop. I have had a large mixed kebab and I have only got 2 strands of donner meat on it and the regular on naan is like a child's portion will never go here again ever. Diabolical. I would of given it minus 3 stars but it won't let me.

Placed order Monday evening (01-03-21) waiting over 1hr 15 min. Called shop to be told there was a problem with the over but it was in its way.Driver came to door with food and left.Opened pizza box to find a total mess. Pizza has been dropped and looked like a dogs dinner.Pizza was also very under cooked and was cold.Called the shop to get a refund and was told yes and their driver would come and collect the food.Minutes later they called to say they were not collecting the food but I would get I full refund.7 days on and still no refund. £25 down the toilet by the looks of things. I will never order from them again.I never write reviews but I felt I had to this time.WHERE IS MY REFUND?

Lovely food! always cooked well and the one time they forgot part of the order they sent it within 20 minutes and threw in a can of coke to say sorry. they are never late either, ignore the 1 star reviews

What an absolutely gorgeous takeaway. The pizza was light and fluffy, plenty of topping and superb crust. Donner meat and fries, lovely and hot. Excellent

Took over an Hour to get hold of them to be told order was cancelled. He 'didnt know why' and refund was on route. I had to phone them to find this out and by then everywhere was shut. Place is a joke and customer service is clearly none existent. Will avoid from now on

Excellent service, always friendly, they forgot our drink we ordered, came straight back with two, never forgetting Covid19 rules every time they deliver, couldn’t ask for better service. Keep up the good work

Chicken undercooked, mint yoghurt watery and tasted off, tiny piece of cake thrown in the box. Called to get a refund, restaurant agreed and said they'd send somebody to collect the food and issue a refund. An hour later and no sign. Called them again to be told they weren't coming back to refund me, that if they did they would charge me 1.50 for it and to take it up with just eat. Just eat informed me that Denrys had told them it was only £4 to be refunded when it was half of a £20 order they got wrong. Absolutely disgraceful customer service and terrible cooking. Will not be ordering again. Avoid at all costs. Not worth the hassle for rubbish undercooked food!!

I'm sorry. But even for Stafford's standards this was the worst thing I have ever had the miss fortune to put in my mouth. If they are serving food like this on a regular basis I don't know how they are still trading. When I complained I was confronted with dismissals and made to feel like I was totally in the wrong. Honestly I would avoid. I hardly write bad reviews. But felt so strongly about this one that I thought it was best to share rather than let it pass.

Ordered a value box B for my wife who is pregnant. The chicken was under cooked.i phoned up the restaurant, they were no help. Tried to send out another piece of chicken but if you know anything about food you will know that raw meat will contaminate the other food. He then asked to speak to the manager, he then told me he was the manager, but he had no clue about food hygiene regulations., he was also very rude to me. We will never be using this restaurant again
