Domino's Pizza in Stafford

Absolutely disgusted. Saying they won't deliver to us but delivers to the same 'house' (converted farm house) but a different flat on the same property. Outrageous! Custom taken else where!!!! Absolutely fuming!

What can i say, you go in for some food, the staff will generally find the cheapest ways to get what you want . In ten mins your away🙂👍

Had a great pizza from here, after falling out with another pizza place. My own fault, stick to Domino's

Zero stars. This has nothing to do with any terrible service, the staff are perfectly pleasant. It isn't even anything to do with the quality of the food, it is as advertised, Pizza. Pizza in itself isn't "fantastic" it fills a need.This has everything to do with there decision to refuse cash as payment. I know we have Covid about currently, but come on, refusing legal tender, is simply amazing to me, literally nobody else, that I know of, is doing this, yeah they are encouraging card payments but not refusing cash.I appreciate that this isn't a Domino's Stafford thing, and a Domino's nationwide thing, but because of this I will never use a Domino's again, I don't need telling more than once where I am not welcome. I urge you, use somewhere else, Pizza Hut is the same food or one of the million smaller kebab houses scattered about towns everywhere.The one star is only because it wouldn't let me leave a lower score.

As I said I've ordered pizza and there was hardly any topping on it (I did added a photo or very sad pizza few days ago). It was just warm after I got it and probably if it was not Tuesday deal I would be more disappointed. Won't order again.

The nicest papa John's I have tried probably because it was a collection. On 2 occasions and ate the pizza there and then in my car... Had delivery from other papa John's in Stoke area no where near as nice

Awful. I ordered a pizza and had to cancel. I literally order form these guys 2 times a week and have done so since February. I called within 5 mins to cancel as my partner had also ordered a takeaway and there was nothing they could do to help me, only offered one pizza off which was part of the deal anyway so wouldnt have saved any money. Loyalty is not rewarded these days guys just steer clear. Also the last order we had from them the box was damaged and the pizza made us sick.

Used to be really nice pizza but now they arrive with barely any cheese on them and they're just vile. What happened? Feels like they're trying to save money on ingredients by restricting how much they put on a pizza. Gone from one of the best to literally the worst in Stafford.

Stone cold, rather than stone baked. Corona means no waiting Inside, I stood for 30 minutes outside, they deliberately didn't get my attention then brought out the coldest soggiest pizza. If they don't want to be there, leave. Disappointing. I never give bad reviews but these guys deserve it.

Took an hour to deliver my order despite being after midnight and me living less than a 10 minute drive from the store. I could have walked to the store collected the pizza and walked home in less time than it took to deliver.Ordered on the app which told me it had been delivered even though it hadn't. Had to call the store 3 times to which no one apologised for the insane amount of time it took to deliver and was just told I'd have to wait for it.Food arrived barely even warm. My order came to just short of £25 which is a massive waste of money for the terrible customer service, slow delivery and almost cold pizza that I got.For the same price I could have gotten a taxi to Pizza Express had a nice Italian style pizza with a glass of wine.I travel a lot and have ordered from quite a lot of Domino's stores around the country and have always received 5* Customer Service. But the service last night from this store was horrendous.I wouldn't recommend the store to anyone and I seriously regret ordering from here.Also if you're reading this and think I'm one of these negative people then just look at my hundreds of Google reviews I very rarely have to leave a bad review somewhere.Even this store I had given a 5 star review to before having to edit it today.If you like cold pizza, bad customer service and wasting money then order here. If not then any other takeaway in Stafford will give you better service.Or try Collecting I've never received bad service collecting from here either just don't have them deliver it.
