Fantastic atmosphere and friendly staff who will go above and beyond to make sure you have a fantastic experience. The food is really nice.On the plus side there is a soft play area for the kiddies after dinner.

After visiting this venue almost weekly for a breakfast for 2 at the same time for months on the same day (a sunday). Also some weeks days when schedual allowed. With no need for ever to book. For ever to stay at the hotel next door. I turned up today to be refused seating because they are busy. I asked the staff to please check as I come nearly every week. To which the manager refused to seat us. As she said. You needed to have booked. I replied quite clearly. Will be the last time they see my money. Supporting this business through its quiet times during the pandemic. Have no loyalty when business picked back up.

Very poor , staff friendly but went for Sunday roast , no beef . Bottomless drinks was empty , staff said has no delivery of stock . No fruit juice behind the bar , so not great at all . Went for mums 80th birthday , so overall experience poor . Menu sounded good , but some meals unavailable,

Nice place decent carvery mainly went for the soft play which was very enjoyable for our 3 year old. Children's meals very reasonable too. Lovely afternoon will definitely return

Arrived for a pre booked table at 12 pm. We had to wait for over an hour for our meal but this was understandable due to the amount of people eating in, which included a bus full of over 50 + football fans.My wife and I hadn't been for a number of years and on this occasion we were disappointed with the quality of food provided, also when I went to the toilet, the passageway leading in, smelt of urine and intensified when actually in the toilet. A father in the toilet with his young son also commented on this. The wall below the drier was grubby and could do with cleaning and painting.May I add on the positive side the staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. I feel they were let down by the facilities.

For the price of the food I paid, quality of taste was there however portion sizes need to be rethought out. I ordered the mac & cheese and for a student who had to pay £10 for a mac & cheese I felt like I ordered a kids meal the portion was so small when I got back to table the first look at the food and I thought they sent me a kids portion, I finished my meal in 5 minutes before the rest of my party had also I left still hungry, glad I ordered a starter before my meal but wasn't enough to fill me up

Food came out very quickly ; I had a carvery the meat, unfortunately, was over cooked and very chewy the vegetables was very nice . The pudding was very nice but just not enough .

·

Nice place, clean and lovely food. Staff were friendly and helpful too. The older kids enjoyed playing pool whilst the younger ones enjoyed the play area.

Vegan options are limited. Chilli non carne and sloppy joe burger. Due to supply issues on the day we visited, our only option was the sloppy joe. Which was delicious. The staff were very polite and helpful. Lost a star due to the cleanliness of the toilets.didn't look like they had been cleaned that day.
