Flaming Wok chinese take away in Stafford

I ALWAYS use Flaming Wok and Jenny knows me very well. However, tonight 03/07/22 we ordered our food at 19:05. After calling, Jenny told me it was on its way! Another hour went by! Called again! Jenny hung up! It turned up 2 hours after ordering! Sorry but you’ve lost a customer tonight Jenny! You’re rude and ignorant! Won’t ever buy from you again!

Hands down the best Chinese in the area. Every dish I've had from here is unreal. Best of them all has to be the special fried rice, the meat all tastes great and the sauce is so good. Travel a good way to get here because of how good it is. Definitely recommend.

Had ribs ..chicken wings and fried rice with duck ...the ribs were tough and over done and the rice with duck was disgusting ..no duck meat at all just the fat mixed in with the rice..got to be the worse Chinese I've had in a long time !!!

Tasty as always. Always better to pick up if possible as they are so busy delivery can take over an hour most times

Not eaten curry yet but did not get complimentary prawn crackers as usual. When just phoned them was told they now charge for them. I disputed that and she hung up. Not what I call good service. Daresay she will say otherwise. Elsewhere next time.

By far the best Chinese takeaway in stone and the surrounding area. Everything is always fresh,hot and they use fabulous ingredients. We would not use anywhere elseHIGHLY RECOMMEND ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It really is tasty food with good quality meat.I also love the stress free option of paying by card via Google maps through their website, Apple Pay would be even better. Fingers crossed that can happen in the futureI’ve seen a few comments about the service, and I can see that but actually going there to pick up the food you can see how hard they work and how busy they are. They are run off their feet. Give them a break. Highly recommended!

Really didn't enjoy at all. The rice was clearly re cooked or re used somewhere along the line as it was all broken and did not taste fresh. I asked for my food to be cooked so its a little bit spicy. They plonked some red chilli sauce at the top and didn't even mix it together. The noodles were mediocre and the chips were definitely re fried. Probably wouldn't use again for the fact it was completely greasy and tasteless.

Easy 5*, we've been enjoying Flaming wok as a family since they were at thier old business, Big Meal. Food is always delicious and piping hot even after the 15+ min drive to collect. We can't go anywhere else, my 1st time collecting this evening and staff are friendly,know who we are and asking about the family. Keep up the amazing service. And if your looking for the best takeaway in the area, look no further.

We've used this takeaway for the past year and always love the food however last week we had trouble with the delivery service. Took almost an hour and a half to arrive (website said under an hour). When I called after an hour I was told that the food was ready and that they were waiting on a driver. The food didn't arrive for another 30 minutes... so either the food wasn't ready in which case I was lied to. Or our food was sat on a counter/ in a car for over 30 minutes. Either way not great!A real shame because we have loved the food from here since moving to Stone but it has put us off ordering again.
