Frankie and Benny's in Stafford

It take forever for the food to get here, my advice don't come if you are hungry. The service is very low. The milkshake has no ice cream it is basically cold milk. The foodtaste less than average.

The service was good, the food was good but the gluten free menu was lacking. As a coeliac myself I found the portions terrible compared to the cost of the food. The pasta was no better than store-bought. The gluten free pizza was decent, but the base was dense and dry. In total the food was good, but if you want great then go to the zizzis nearby.

We were a table of 20 yesterday, the restaurant was full but the service was brilliant. They delt with my allergies brilliantly. We have a lot of young children in the family, our waitress was really good with them. When she asked me to write this review I was more than happy to do so. Thank you!

Visited with my Mother last week. The restaurant was almost empty but the service was incredibly slow. We had to ask twice for our drinks. They cooked the wrong meal for my mother which meant us eating at different times and cold food. I have an allergy and whilst the manager was discussing signing a declaration (which could really be a typed up official document, rather than the handwritten one I was presented with) with me, all the customers could hear as she was quite loud which is unprofessional.

Tasty food and drinks, staff are friendly and professional. Reasonable prices too even cheaper with Frankie's & Benny's rewards program or some companies like Morrisons staff get 20% off total bill*.*At time of posting review, offer may not be available in future.

Food great!!! :D Worth the money, we had a meekcat meals voucher, so we got bogof. :)Only criticism, bit its the same everywhere, drinks are extremely over priced!!!I had a rock star martini, it was nice, but not worth the £6.99 price tag.Staff were fine, basic service, didnt really have any form of interaction with them. So basic service, nothing spectacular, but not bad. :)Cutlery and table area cleanMissing locks on toilet doors, which if the restaura t had been busy, would have been an issue.Id go again, as the hotdog I had was the bomb!! :D

13 family & friends booked table for twins 7th birthday meal & appalling time. Not enough staff to cope during half term although it wasn't packed still took us complaining before our meals came out over an he and 1/4 after order. Children beyond hungry, no grilled chicken at all on menu, some of what can out was cold & when replacement arrived was well just a joke, the photo of 2 slices of bread & mushrooms was supposed to be brushetta! We took birthday cake back home with us & although have been regulars here, after ruining the birthday tea will not be returning. They tried to fix with bill but too little too late.

It was just all round disappointing really, meal was unseasoned, burger was dripping in fat. Would of been more satisfied at McDonald's

Automatic doors wasn't working and the lift kept jamming.Was seated as soon as we arrived quickly.Drinks order was taken quickly, so we ordered kids food quick as they were hungry. Waiter was polite and friendly and adjusted with no extra.Kids enjoyed their food. Husband and I orders did take a while to come as didn't order sametime as kids. Can not say we was pleased with our food especially for the price. Bland and lacking much needed flavour.When asked how the meal was explained kids enjoyed, but our food was terrible. Manager came over apologize and offered to removed of bill. Didn't ask her but she was very kind and warm.Excellent staff, not so great chefs.Would take kids again.

New development. Great service. Car park very close by, although payment is required. Service was quick and courteous. Food was good. We ate breakfast and were pleased. Coffee (and presumably tea) is refillable at no extra cost.
