Normally everything is okay but the last visit chips undercooked frying oil tasted burnt

Been walking in the afternoon and called in for some very nice chips. Good amount and very fresh. Lots of people in when we were there. Carpark at back of shop. Bit tight if you have a big SUV so take care. A bag between us cost £2.40 and was enough for the two of us.

All our meals (3) were delicious. Pie & chips, chicken breast & chips and chicken kebab & chips. Staff were so friendly and welcoming. We will definitely visit again.

Lovely food, friendly staff

Good tasting food and friendly staff. A traditional fish and chip shop. Decent sized portions. Prices are fairly reasonable. Car parking spaces behind the chip shop are limited so you will struggle to find a place to park during the the busy times although there is some space on the opposite side of the road that some people use.

Excellent quality, good portions extremely clean and well presented. Will call again when in the area.

Decent chippy ye,always stop there on way fishing! Love the fishbites!

Asked for two large fish, one medium chips, because they never had two large, he gave me one large and three medium fish., but they were all dried up, I think that those fish had been there a long time, 90 pc was thrown in bin. If you don’t see him fry it in front of you , don’t buy it is my advice. Terrible, worst chippy I have been to.
